铁路客运站选址模型研究摘要：选址是铁路客运站设计时必须考虑的问题，合理选址可以降低铁路部门运营成本、带动所在城市经济社会发展和方便旅客出行。选址受定性和定量因素约束，首先给出约束分类流程图将影响因素分为第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类约束，在备选地点产生流程图基础上根据定量因素构建客运站选址0-1规划模型。由于备选地点个数较少，模型较易求解。为说明模型使用过程，根据铁路实际设计算例，第Ⅰ类约束为选址地点是否与城市规划协调良好，是否与铁路枢纽内其它车站协调良好，是否与城市公共交通协调良好，是否对城市发展有带动作用，是否对城市环境产生影响，是否与其它运输方式（民航、公路、水路等）有良好衔接；第Ⅱ类约束为选址地点的地形地貌是否满足客运站近远期规模，是否和军事设施冲突，是否做到文物保护；第Ⅲ类约束为客运站建设成本、铁路枢纽运营成本与旅客出行成本；根据已知条件应用模型进行求解，并对算例结果进行讨论。关键词：铁路客运站；选址模型；0-1规划；铁路枢纽中图分类号：U291.6文献标志码：AResearchonMathematicalModelforSolutionoftheRailwayPassengerStationsLocationProblemAbstract：Locationshouldbeconsideredinthedesignofrailwaypassengerstation.Optimizedlocationcandecreasetheoperationcosts,drivecityeconomicsocialdevelopmentandofferconvenienceforpassengerstotravel.Locationproblemissubjecttoqualitativeandquantitativefactors,thesefactorsaredividedintothefirst,thesecond,thethirdclassaccordingtotheclassificationflowchart.Basedontheflowchartofcandidateplaces,thispaperbuildsthe0-1programmingmathematicalmodel,theobjectfunctionisminimizethecosts.Itisveryeasytosolvethemodelbecausethenumberofcandidateplacesisrelativefew.Toillustratehowtousethemodeltosolvethefactualpractice,thispaperdesignsacalculatingexampleaccordingtotherailwayfact.Thefirstconstraintfactorsarewhethertheplacehasagoodcoordinationwiththeurbanplanning,whethertheplacehasagoodcoordinationwiththeotherstationsintherailwayhub,whethertheplacehasagoodcoordinationwiththeurbanpublictransportation,whethertheplacehasapromotiontothecitydevelopment,whethertheplacehasainfluencetothecityenvironment,whethertheplacehasagoodtransferwiththeothertransportmode(civilaviation,highway,wateretc).Thesecondconstraintfactorsarewhethertheplacecanmeetthedemandofrecentandfuturedevelopmentscale,whethertheplacehasaconflictwithmilitaryfacilities,whethertheplacehasaconflictwiththeprotectionofculturalrelics.Thethirdconstraintfactorsaretheconstructioncostofrailwaypassengerstation,operatingcostofrailwayhubandthetravelcostofrailwaypassenger.Thispapergivesthesolutionprocessanddiscussesthemodelresultintheend.1tabs，2figs，28refs.Keywords：railwaypassengerstation；locationmodel；0-1program；railwayhub0引言随着我国铁路建设的大发展，既有客运站的改扩建和新客运站的建设也将同步进行。关于客运站建设，值得研究方面很多，选址就是其中之一。恰当、合理选址可以优化铁路枢纽内车站布局，降低运营成本，减少工程投资；可以带动所在城市经济和社会发展，美化城市环境；可以通过与其它交通运输方式合理衔接来降低旅客出行费用，方便旅客出行，吸引更多旅客。若选址不当，不但造成投资浪费，而且上述目标很难达到；故客运站选址极为重要。铁路客运站的选址属于多属性决策问题，影响因素众多，比如与城市规划的协调性、铁路枢纽内部各种车站分工合理性、旅客换乘便捷性、修建成本、运营成本等。需要对其进行理论研究。作为运筹学的一个重要研究领域，选址问题尤其离散选址问题，由于其在实践应用的广泛性及理论上的探索性，受到国内外学者关注并进行大量研究，在多个领域都有体现[1-11]，从多个角度对模型构建和求解算法进行研究[12-18]。现有成果中只有极少量[9-11]关于铁路选址研究，但...
