浙江嘉福玻璃厂490t/d玻璃生产线烟气余热发电工程锅炉安装施工方案编制:审核:审批:湖南省工业设备安装有限公司惠州项目部年十一月五日OO二一1目录一、工程简介··················································1二、AQC锅炉规范及主要技术参数·····························1三、AQC锅炉结构简介·········································2四、AQC锅炉安装·············································3五、SP锅炉规范及主要技术参数··································21六、SP锅炉结构简介···········································21七、SP锅炉安装···············································23八、劳动力需用计划············································35九、主要施工机具计划··········································36十、施工管理组织··············································38十一、安全生产与文明施工·······································382一、工程简介1、随着水泥熟料煅烧技术的发展,水泥工业节能技术有了长足的进步,高温余热发电在水泥生产过程中被利用,水泥熟料热耗由已往的4600~6700J/kg下降至3000~3300J/kg。进一步节约能源,降低生产成本。本期建造4炉1机(2台窑尾SP锅炉,2台窑头AQC锅炉,1台18MW汽轮发电机组)。浙江嘉福玻璃厂2、因受厂区现场场地限制,锅炉全部采用全露天布置设计。二、AQC锅炉规范及主要技术参数锅炉额定蒸发3701/h4200MPa1.5(0.35)2额定蒸汽压℃3额定蒸汽温度360(180)℃45(124)给水温度4Nm3/h2000005余热烟气量℃余热烟气进口温度6380℃设计余热烟气出口温度7953108烟气含尘量g/Nm9烟气成分%N792%21O21三、AQC锅炉结构简介1、概述窑头AQC锅炉整体采用管箱式结构,自上而下有高压高温过热器管箱,高压低温过热器管箱,高压蒸发汽管箱,高压省煤器I及低压过热器管箱,低压蒸发器管箱,高压省煤器II及共用省煤器管箱,其中高压低温过热器出口过热蒸汽与来自SP锅炉的过热蒸汽混合后进入高压高温过热器。这些管箱均通过底座型钢将自身重量传递到钢架的横梁上。采用这种管箱式结构,可将锅炉漏风降至最抵,减少锅炉漏风热损失,提高锅炉效率,减少现场安装的工作量。根据AQC锅炉的废气性质和特点,AQC锅炉受热面全部使用异形换热元件—螺旋鳍片管。锅炉最大外形尺寸为(长×宽×高):19850×8400×26895。(尺寸长﹑宽是指平台扶梯最外边尺寸,高是烟气进口点标高)。2、锅筒高压锅筒内径为Ф1800,壁厚24,材料Q245R。安装在钢架顶部。低压锅筒内径为Ф1500,壁厚16,材料Q245R。锅筒内部装置的一次分离采用缝隙挡板、孔板结构,二次分离元件为特殊的钢丝网分离器。为了保证好的蒸汽品质和合格的锅水,锅炉还装有加药管和表面排污管,为了便于控制水位,装有紧急放水管。为保证安全和便于操作,锅筒上部装有压力表,安全阀和备用管座。前方设有两组石英玻璃管水位表,其中一只为双色水位表,便于用户单位设2置工业摄像头以监视水位;一组电接点液位计管座,可作水位显示和接水位报警器用;两组水位平横容器,作水位记录与控制。3、受热面锅炉主受热面部件已在厂内组装出厂,其余部件散装出厂,如上述的管箱,减少了现场安装工作量,缩短了安装周期。AQC锅炉采用箱体外保温,在保温层外面装设外护板,对保温材料加以保护。4、钢架与平台扶梯钢架按七度及七度以下地震烈度设防。为便于运行和检修,设有六层平台,扶梯全部设置在锅炉的左侧。除检修平台采用花钢板加栅架外,其余平台均采用适用露天布置的栅架平22000N/m在平台、走道承受台...
