而幼儿教师所要面对的是身心处在发展中的幼儿,教师的心理会影响幼儿的健康成长
关注幼儿教师的心理健康,有益于教师本身的同时也有益于幼儿的健康成长
因此,探究幼儿教师心理存在的问题,分析其影响因素,提出促进幼儿教师心理健康的策略,为幼儿创设快乐、健康的环境,使其健康成长已是一个非常迫切的现实问题
