幼儿园中班音乐集体教学活动开展情况研究摘要:音乐来源于生活,音乐活动是幼儿的基本活动,对幼儿的成长具有重要的作用。幼儿园中的音乐教学是让小朋友们以班级为单位,在老师的引导下体会对美的感受、欣赏美,以及表达和创造美的集体活动。该项研究是在实践的基础之上,对某幼儿园的一线教师进行访谈调查,并深入观察她们组织的幼儿园中班音乐集体教学活动,了解该园中班音乐集体教学活动的开展情况,通过对结果的整理分析对该幼儿园中班音乐集体教学活动的开展提供一些意见和建议。本研究采用访谈法和观察法,以成都市S幼儿园的18位组织过一定时期中班音乐集体教学活动的教师为主要访谈对象,并选取其中3位教师展示的中班音乐集体教学活动为具体观察对象,从教师对音乐的认识水平以及教师在音乐集体教学活动的目标、内容、手段、评价四方面情况进行了对音乐集体教学活动现状的总结,评价对象为S幼儿园中班,针对S幼儿园教师音乐素养参差不齐、活动目标制定存在偏差、活动组织频率少三方面问题,提出了优化幼儿园中班音乐集体教学活动开展情况的三方面对策及建议,即把握幼儿园中班音乐集体教学活动特征,落实活动目标;保证课堂时间与次数充足,完善音乐教学内容;加强教师音乐教学培训,提高音乐活动质量。关键词:幼儿园;中班教学;音乐集体教学活动;活动评估OnTheTeachingProcessofKindergartenMiddle-StageClassMusicTeachingCollectiveActivitiesAbstract:Musicoriginatesfromdailylife.Musicactivityisabasicactivityofchildren,whichhasagreateffectinchildren’sgrowth.Collectivemusicteachinginthekindergartenofeverysingleclassisalwaysorganizedbyteachers,leadingthewholeclasschildrentofeel,appreciate,expressandcreatebeautyatthesametime.Thisessaywillbaseonactualpractice,interviewsandinvestigatesthefront-lineteachers,observehowtheyorganizethecollectivemusicactivityofintermediategradeindepth,thoroughlycomprehendthesituationofcollectivemusicactivityofthiskindergarten,inorderthatwecananalysetheactualsituationandoffersomemeaningfulsuggestions.Thisessayiscarriedbythemethodofinterviewandobservation.Weselect18teachersfromSkindergartenofChengduwhohavealreadyorganizedsomecollectivemusicactivitiesforintermediategradeinacertaintimeasoursubjects.Furthermore,wepickthreeofthemastheparticularinvestigationsubjects.Wewillanalysetheirunderstandingofmusic,theirtargets,contents,methodsandevaluationsofthecollectivemusicactivitiestoconcludewhetherthemusicactivitiesareproperlyorganized.Accordingtotheinvestigation,wefindtherearethreemainproblemsinSkindergartencollectivemusicactivities:theteacher'smusicqualityisuneven,thepracticeisdeviatedfromthetarget,andtheactivityfrequencyisless.WeputforwardthreesuggestionstooptimizethekindergartenIntermediategradecollectivemusicteachingactivities:Graspingthecharacteristicsofkindergartenmusiccollectiveteachingactivities,implementingtheobjectivesoftheactivities,ensuringsufficientactivitiesareorganized,improvingthecontentofmusicteaching,strengtheningthetrainingofteachers'musicteachingability,andimprovingthequalityofmusicactivities.Keywords:kindergarten;intermediategradeteaching,;collectivemusicactivities;activitiesevaluation目录摘要...........................................................IAbstract.....................................................III绪论...........................................................1(一)研究背景.................................................1(二)研究目的及意义...........................................21.研究目的.....................................................22.研究意义......................................................
