论文题目：医患沟通管理研究中文摘要商品经济的出现，带来了价值观念的变化，医患关系出现了以医方利益为主导的现象。医患沟通障碍是引起医患矛盾甚至医疗事故争议的重要原因。针对此种现象，本论文采取文献法、功能分析法、个案研究法以及综合归纳法通过研究的背景、研究目的和意义以及研究内容，对医患沟通的概念和内涵展开分析，探讨国内外医患沟通研究现状。同时对沟通障碍因素和如何加强医患沟通进行了重点的研究和分析。由分析可知医护人员存在的沟通障碍的原因有医德修养欠缺、沟通意识欠缺、缺乏沟通技巧；患方存在的沟通障碍的影响因素有患者需求与医疗现实的差距和患者对“医嘱”执行不顺从；在医院管理方面，管理未能充分体现“人文关怀”、信息反馈管理不及时、投诉管理落实不到位也是重要的影响因素；同时，外部影响因素有医患间的信任危机、制度缺失或实施机制存在缺陷、医患双方信息不对称、医疗资源供需失衡的社会矛盾以及媒体的不当宣传等都是导致医患沟通障碍的重要原因。针对上述分析，本文通过研究提出从医护人员个人和医院管理两方面对策，加强医患沟通，实现医患关系的和谐。主题词：医患沟通沟通障碍对策AbstractTheemergenceofthecommodityeconomy,hasbroughtthechangeofvalues,appearedinthemedicalbenefitsastheleadingmedical.Thedoctor-patientcommunicationbarriersisanimportantreasontocausethedoctor-patientconflictsandmedicaldisputes.Inviewofthisphenomenon,thispaperuseliteraturemethod,functionalanalysis,casestudymethodandthesynthesismethodtostudyfactorsofcommunicationprocesscommunicationdisordersandeffectivenessofmedical,researchbackground,purposeandsignificanceaswellasresearchcontentanalysisresearch,conceptandconnotationofcommunicationprocesselementsofcommunication,patientcommunication,expansionanalysis,explorethedomesticandforeignresearchstatusofdoctor-patientcommunication.Atthesametime,thefactorsofcommunicationcommunicationprocessofmedicaldisordersandhowtoimprovecommunicationeffectivenessofcountermeasuresandsuggestionsonresearchandanalysisoffocus.Thereasonanalysiscommunicationobstaclesthatmedicalpersonnelofmedicalethics,lackofawarenessofthelackofcommunication,lackofcommunicationskills.Factorsaffectingthecommunicationobstaclesofpatientsandtheirfamilieshaveonthe"advice"donotobeytheneedsofpatientsandmedicalrealityandpatients.Inthehospitalmanagement,managementfailedtofullyreflectthe"humanisticcare",informationfeedbackisnottimelycomplaintsmanagement,managementisnotinplacetoimplementisalsoanimportantfactor.Atthesametime,theexternalfactorshaveacrisisofconfidence,betweendoctorsandpatientslackofsystemormechanismdefects,asymmetricinformationbothdoctorsandpatients,medicalresourcesupplyanddemandimbalanceofsocialcontradictionsandmediasuchasimproperpublicityareisanimportantcauseofdoctor-patientcommunicationbarriers.Inthispaperthroughthestudytoimprovethemedicalpersonnelcomprehensivequality,strengthenthecommunicationskillstraining,countermeasuresforstrengtheninghospitalmanagement,hopingtoelementsintheprocessofdevelopmentofdoctor-patientcommunicationdisabilities,realizetheharmoniousdoctor-patientrelationship.KeyWord：DoctorpatientcommunicationCommunicationelementsEffectCountermeasures目录1引言..............................................................................................................................................11.1研究背景..........................................................................................................................11.2研究目的和意义............................................................................
