摘要随着近年来我国经济社会的快速发展,火灾对我国国民经济造成的损失已经呈现出逐年上升的趋势,其中工业火灾比例尤为突出。不同于常见的城市火灾,工业火灾往往发生于厂矿、化工企业,火灾现场大多堆放有大量易燃易爆危险品且充斥着浓烟和有毒有害气体,消防人员在缺乏火场情报以及相关必要防护措施的情况下贸然冲入火场,极易产生无谓的伤亡。因此,研发消防灭火机器人,取代消防战士进入危险场所执行任务,以及变得迫在眉睫。本文首先介绍了消防机器人研究的背景以意义,通过阅读相关文献总结了国内外在消防机器人领域的研究现状,展望了消防机器人未来的发展方向。以此为基础,提出了本文需要研究设计的消防机器人的功能需求以及性能指标,进行了行走动力系统以及整体机械结构的设计与研究。介绍无刷直流电机的特点以及工作原理,针对消防机器人大功率驱动特点,设计开发电机的驱动电路。对无刷直流电机建立数学模型,在MATLAB/Simulink中完成仿真建模。通过仿真比较PID和模糊PID控制效果,确定电机控制算法。最后对消防机器人电控系统进行整体设计,对电控水炮、传感器、串口通信等关键控制模块进行介绍并设计周围电路;软件部分介绍了开发环境,阐述了上位机和下位机的软件工作流程,并针对软硬件系统中潜在的干扰因素提出了相应的预防措施。关键词:消防机器人;行走控制系统;模糊PID;STM32基于STM32的消防机器人控制系统的设计与研究AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofourcountry'seconomyandsocietyinrecentyears,thelossescausedbyfiretoournationaleconomyhavebeenincreasingyearbyyear,andtheproportionofindustrialfiresisparticularlyprominent.Unlikecommonurbanfires,industrialfiresoftenoccurinfactories,minesandchemicalenterprises.Mostofthefiresarestackedwithinflammableandexplosivedangerousgoods,andfullofheavysmokeandpoisonousandharmfulgases.Firefightersflashintothefirefieldintheabsenceoffirefieldinformationandnecessaryprotectivemeasures.Casualties.Therefore,thedevelopmentoffirefightingrobotstoreplacefirefightersintodangerouslocationsisurgent.Thispaperfirstintroducesthebackgroundoftheresearchonfirefightingrobots,andsummarizestheresearchstatusoffirefightingrobotsathomeandabroadthroughreadingtherelatedliterature,andlooksforwardtothefuturedevelopmentdirectionoffirefightingrobots.Onthebasisofthis,thefunctionalrequirementsandperformanceindexesofthefirefightingrobotdesignedinthispaperareputforward,andthedesignandresearchofthewalkingpowersystemandtheoverallmechanicalstructurearecarriedout.ThecharacteristicsandworkingprincipleofBrushlessDCmotorareintroduced.Aimingatthecharacteristicsofhighpowerdrivingoffirerobot,thedrivingcircuitofmotorisdesignedanddeveloped.AmathematicalmodelofBrushlessDCmotorisestablished,andsimulationmodelingiscompletedinMATLAB/Simulink.Throughsimulation,theeffectofPIDandfuzzyPIDcontroliscompared,andthemotorcontrolalgorithmisdetermined.Finally,thewholedesignoftheelectroniccontrolsystemofthefirefightingrobotiscarriedout.Thekeycontrolmodules,suchastheelectroniccontrolwatergun,thesensor,theserialcommunicationandsoon,areintroducedandthesurroundingcircuitisdesigned.Thesoftwarepartintroducesthedevelopmentenvironment,expoundsthesoftwareworkflowoftheuppercomputerandthelowercomputer,andputsforwardthepotentialinterferencefactorsinthehardwareandsoftwaresystem.Thecorrespondingpreventivemeasureshavebeenmade.目录第1章绪论随着现代社会的快速发展,自动化技术已经越来越深刻的渗透进各行各业的方方面面,机器人技术也随之愈发深刻地影响着我们的生活。从西周时偃师制造出的“歌舞机器人”伶人,到现如今自动化生产线上广泛应用的工业机器人,机器人技术从未停止过前进的脚步,并不断在更多行业发挥着更...
