基于供应链金融下的中小建筑企业融资研究—以湖南A建设有限公司为例摘要融资困难一直以来是限制我国中小企业发展壮大的一个原因，而供应链金融最近却被视为缓解中小企业融资约束的一个突破口。本文详细介绍了供应链金融理论的发展、供应链金融模式的特征、以及供应链金融缓解中小企业融资困难的作用，并通过对中小建筑企业进行研究，总结了供应链金融在国内中小建筑企业中的使用情况。具体来说，本文以中型规模的湖南省A建筑公司为例，细述了A建筑公司在选择供应链金融时的战略考量、A建筑公司的供应链金融操作方式、以及供应链金融对A建筑公司的影响。通过研究，发现供应链金融理论上的模式及作用，在复杂的现实经济结构前，面临着挑战。供应链金融在为中小建筑企业提供资金方面确实发挥着积极作用。但是，因为中小建筑企业在产业链中同时具有“规模小”和“处于核心地位”的特征，所以合适的供应链金融产品不多，且现有的供应链金融产品，将带给中小建筑企业额外的成本和风险。这表明供应链金融仅仅具有改善小型企业经营的作用，而不具备帮助小型企业成长壮大的作用，缓解融资约束的能力具有极大的限制。供应链金融理论亟需解决这个定位问题：为企业提供资金的目的以及提供资金到何种程度？而不仅仅只是笼统的说解决融资问题。同时，供应链金融产品的设计，也应该更加适应现实中各行业的复杂性。关键词：供应链金融；中小建筑企业；融资困难ABSTRACTThedifficultyinacquiringloanshaslongbeenacauseoflimiteddevelopmentofsmallandmediumenterprises(SMEs).Supplychainfinancing(SCF),however,istakenasaneffectivemethodtoeasethefinancingbudgetconstraintofSMEs.ThispaperstudiestheinfluenceofSCFinsmallandmediumconstructioncompaniesinChina.TakenAConstructionCompanyinHunanprovinceasanexample,thispaperstudiestheenterprisestrategiesofAconstructioncompanyinSCF,thedetailedprocedureofSCFinAconstructioncompanyandtheinfluenceofSCFonAconstructioncompany.Throughtheresearch,wecanfoundthatthemodelandfunctionofthesupplychainfinancialtheoryfacethechallengeinthecomplexrealisticeconomicstructure.ThiscaseshowsthatSCFhaspositiveeffectoneasingthefinancingbudgetconstraintofSMEs.However,duetothedualityofsmallscaleandcorepositioninsupplychainofsmallandmediumconstructioncompanies,notmanySCFproductstargetthem.Whatworse,theexistingSCFproductsbringsmallandmediumconstructionenterprisesextracostsandrisks.Thismeans，supplychainfinancenotonlyhasthefunctionofimprovingtheoperationofsmallenterprises,butalsoitdoesnothavethefunctiontohelpsmallenterprisesgrowandexpand,andtheabilitytoalleviatethefinancingconstrainthasgreatlimitations.Supplychainfinancetheoryurgentlyneedstosolvethispositioningproblem:thepurposeofprovidingfundsforenterprisesandhowfartoprovidefunds?It'snotjustaboutsolvingthefinancingproblem.Atthesametime,thedesignofsupplychainfinancialproductsshouldbemoresuitableforthecomplexityofvariousindustries.Keywords:supplychainfinancing;SMEs;financingbudgetconstraint2目录1绪论....................................................51.1研究背景............................................51.1.1中小建筑企业在国民经济中的地位..................51.1.2中小建筑企业融资困境............................51.2研究意义与目的.......................................61.2.1研究意义........................................61.2.2研究目的........................................61.3研究思路与方法.......................................71.3.1研究思路........................................71.3.2研究方法.........................................71.4文献综述............................................81.4.1供应链金融概念..................................81....
