摘要人口老龄化目前是一个世界性的难题，人口老龄化程度与国家的社会、经济、文化发展都有着密切的联系，社会保障制度则是保障一个国家稳健的“防火墙”，社会保障制度是否健全意味着一个国家是否能够对人口老龄化的到来有着良好的应对措施，同时更是标志着一个国家的经济、社会、文化是否能实现良好的可持续发展。我国作为目前国际上人口老龄化发展速度最快的国家之一，其对国家经济发展以及社会的稳定都有着深远影响，因此国家肩负着巨大压力。近年来我国政府在积极应对我国人口老龄化，从各个方面深入探索，但收效甚微。本文主要通过对现有中外文献的回顾、梳理，分析人口老龄化对我国现阶段社会保障制度体系的运行机制的影响,欲通过分析对人口统计学的理论,建立人口预测的模型,对我国现阶段人口结构进行分析；并在生命周期理论、世代交叠模型的基础上，分析人口年龄结构与储蓄额之间的关系，探讨人口老龄化给社会保障制度带来的问题。在此基础上,本文着重从我国劳动人口对老龄人口的抚养比的角度分析，并由此分析社会养老保障金收支平衡对养老保障的影响。其次，从老龄人口比重变化对国家财政支出中社会保障支出占比的影响做出计量模型，使用定量研究方法来分析社会福利、社会救助等社会保障制度受人口老龄化的影响程度。最后,基于理论分析结果，借鉴有着发达福利体系国家，如拉美国家的政策和措施，为在目前我国面临的在人口老龄化急速到来的背景下实现我国经济的可出续发展问题，提出参考性的完善社会保障的提携建议。关键词：人口老龄化；人口结构；社会保障体系；人口抚养比；PracticalanalysisoftheinfluenceofpopulationagingonsocialsecurityAbstractTheagingofthepopulationisnowaworldproblem,whichiscloselyrelatedtothesocial,economicandculturalaspectsofthecountry.Whetherthesoundsocialsecuritysystemisasignofwhetheracountry'seconomicdevelopmentcanachievegoodsustainabledevelopmentandwhetheritcanThearrivalofpopulationaginghasagoodresponse.Asoneofthefastestgrowingcountriesintheworld,Chinahasafar-reachingimpactonnationaleconomicdevelopmentandsocialstability,sothecountryhasagreatdealofpressure.Inrecentyears,theChinesegovernmenthasbeenactivelyrespondingtotheagingofourpopulation,exploringinallaspects,butwithlittlesuccess.ThispapermainlythroughthereviewoftheexistingChineseandforeignliterature,combingandanalyzingtheimpactofpopulationagingontheoperationmechanismofthesocialsecuritysysteminourcountryatpresent,byanalyzingthetheoryofdemography,establishingthemodelofpopulationforecasting,Andanalyzestherelationshipbetweentheagestructureandthesavingsamount,anddiscussestheproblemsbroughtbytheagingofthepopulationtothesocialsecuritysystem.Onthebasisofthetheoryoflifecycleandtheoverlappingmodel,theauthoranalyzestherelationshipbetweentheagestructureandthesavings.Onthisbasis,thispaperfocusesontheanalysisoftherelationshipbetweenthelaborforcepopulationandtheraisingratiooftheagedpopulation,andanalyzestheimpactmodelofthefuturesocialpensionfundbalanceandpensionandtheold-agesecurity.Secondly,fromthechangesintheproportionoftheelderlypopulationonthenationalfinancialexpenditureintheproportionofsocialsecurityexpendituretomakeameasurementmodel,theuseofquantitativeresearchmethodstoanalyzethesocialwelfare,socialassistanceandothersocialsecuritysystemaffectedbytheagingofthepopulation.Finally,basedontheresultsoftheoreticalanalysis,drawingonthepoliciesandmeasuresofthedevelopedwelfaresystemcountries,suchasLatinAmericancountries,inordertorealizethesustainabledevelopmentofChina'seconomyinthecontextofrapidpopulationaging,Improvetherecommendationsofsocialsecurity.KeyWords：Populationaging;socialsecurity;populationdependencyratio;目...
