题目：建筑业发展对扬州市经济的影响摘要建筑业作为国民经济的支柱产业，与国民经济其它部门具有极强的关联性各部门活动的展开都离不开建筑活动，因此建筑业的发展对于国民经济的增长有直接的促进作用。在已有的研究成果基础之上，本文通过对扬州市建筑业发展现状进行实证分析，研究建筑业对扬州市国民经济的影响机制，深入分析建筑业发展对于扬州市国民经济的促进作用，并就此对扬州市建筑业的进一步发展提出相关的建议。本文明确了建筑业的界定，建筑业的生产特点和影响建筑业发展的影响因素。接着以扬州市为研究对象，结合扬州市建筑业的发展现状，运用计量经济学中的单位根检验、协整检验、格兰杰因果关系检验、脉冲响应分析以及方差分解等方法，研究扬州市建筑业发展与国民经济的关系，定量分析扬州市建筑业发展对于国民经济的促进作用。研究数据为扬州市2002年至2016年建筑安装工程投资与GDP，共15个样本，均来源于扬州市统计局。通过实证分析后得出扬州市建筑业发展推动经济增长的结论。最后就扬州市建筑业转型升级，改进技术管理水平，高素质人才的培养等方面做出一定的建议，在现有的基础之上推动扬州市建筑业的可持续发展和国民经济的持续增长。关键词：建筑安装工程投资经济增长可持续发展TheInfluenceofConstructionIndustryDevelopmentontheEconomyofYangZhouCityAbstractAsthepillarindustryofthenationaleconomy,theconstructionindustryhasastrongcorrelationwithothersectorsofthenationaleconomy.Thedevelopmentofvarioussectorsofactivitiescannotbeseparatedfromconstructionactivities,sothedevelopmentoftheconstructionindustrydirectlypromotesthegrowthofthenationaleconomy.Basedontheexistingresearchresults,thispaperempiricallyanalyzesthedevelopmentoftheconstructionindustryinYangzhouCity,studiestheimpactoftheconstructionindustryonthenationaleconomy,andanalyzesindepththecontributionofthedevelopmentoftheconstructionindustrytothenationaleconomy.Furtherdevelopmentsintheconstructionindustrymakerecommendations.Thisarticledefinesthedefinitionoftheconstructionindustry,theproductioncharacteristicsoftheconstructionindustryandthefactorsthatinfluencethedevelopmentoftheconstructionindustry.Then,takingYangzhouCityastheresearchobject,combiningYangzhouCity'sconstructionindustrydevelopmentstatus,usingunitroottest,co-integrationtest,Grangercausalitytest,impulseresponseanalysis,andvariancedecompositionmethodineconometrics,YangzhouCitywasstudied.Therelationshipbetweenthedevelopmentoftheconstructionindustryandthenationaleconomy,quantitativeanalysisoftheroleoftheconstructionindustryinYangzhouCityinpromotingthenationaleconomy.TheresearchdataisYangzhouCity'sconstructionandinstallationprojectinvestmentandGDPfrom2002to2016,atotalof15samples,allfromtheBureauofStatisticsofYangzhouCity.Afterempiricalanalysis,theconclusionisdrawnthatthedevelopmentoftheconstructionindustryinYangzhoupromoteseconomicgrowth.Finally,wemadesomesuggestionsonthetransformationandupgradingoftheconstructionindustryinYangzhou,theimprovementoftechnicalmanagement,andthecultivationofhigh-qualitytalents.Onthebasisofthecurrentsituation,wewillpromotethesustainabledevelopmentoftheconstructionindustryinYangzhouandthecontinuedgrowthofthenationaleconomy.Keywords:ConstructionandinstallationprojectinvestmentEconomicgrowthSustainabledevelopment目录一、引言...........................................................1二、文献综述........................................................1（一）国外研究...................................................11.国外学者对建筑业发展与经济增长的研究........................12.其他学者对于建筑相关产业的实证...
