摘要20世纪以来,我国逐步开始实施素质教育和新课程改革运动,“教师专业化”问题越来越受到重视
本论文描述了Y县X小学教师专业化的基本现状
分析得到Y县X小学存在的问题主要有:一是教师专业知识有所欠缺;二是教师的教育科研能力较低;三是缺乏有效的教师培训活动;四是教师评价体系缺乏有效性;五是教师资格证书制度不完善
面对以上诸多问题,本文就此展开了具体的剖析并提出了相对切实可行的对策去解决
最后,对本课题的研究做了总结与反思
