物流智能一体化在医院药品管理应用前景研究【摘要】目的随着新医改的全面深入展开，药品零差价政策实施使得医院药品管理职能从原先的“经济效益型”转变为“成本效益型”，医院迫切需要探索一种药品管理的新方法，使得在确保患者用药安全的前提下做到降低药品流通成本，提升药品物流供应效率。本文在于了解国内医院药品流通的现状，探讨新医改坏境下医院药品管理的新模式。方法结合某医药公司运用物流智能一体化项目在医院药品派送、贮存、病人分发的情况，收集相关数据与资料，分析此项目启用前后药房工作效率和药事服务等方面的变化。结果医院实施物流智能一体化项目后，月周转率、验货入库速度都得到提升，药品周转天数、盘点时间和药库面积减少；自动发药机的引用使得候药窗口、处方处理数量和品种自动化率都增加，药师行走里程和患者取药时间都大大减少，药师人数不变，候药环境变得整洁有序。结论医院药品物流智能一体化服务模式使药库管理员在各药房药品实际使用和药库库存量的基础上作采购计划，从而规避了季节变化等因素引起的药品积压风险，以及用药品种不确定性造成药品过期失效等现象发生，优化医院药品库存管理，极大地盘活了医院资金的流动，降低药品管理成本，再加上自动发药机的投入使用，减轻药师劳动强度，提高药品调配速度，减少药品调配差错，提高了患者的满意度。【关键词】医院；药品；智能；一体化；物流ProspectsandapplicationoftheLogisticsIntelligenceinhospitaldrugmanagement[Abstract]ObjectiveThenewhealthcarereformhasbeeninfullswing.Thefunctionofdrugmanagementinhospitaltransformseconomicefficiencyintoeconomicefficiencyduetotheimplementationof“drugszero-profits”system.Hospitalfeelsagreatneedtoexploreanewmethodindrugmanagementinpurposeofdecreasingthecostofdrugflowaswellasimprovingthedrugsupplyefficiencyonthepremiseofinsuringmedicationsafety.Thisarticleaimstodiscussthenewmodeindrugmanagementunderthenewhealthcarereformbyanalyzingthecurrentsituationoflogisticsmanagementofhospitaldrugs.MethodsCombinedwiththeconditionoftheintelligentintegrationsystemofpharmaceuticallogisticsinapharmaceuticalcompanycoveringdrugdelivery,storesanddistribution,thecomparisoninpharmacyworkandpharmaceuticalservicebeforeandaftertheprojectwasanalyzed.ResultaftertheimplementationofHospitalLogisticsIntelligent,monthlyturnoverandthespeedofentryhavebeenimproved,thenumberofturnoverdays,thetimeofcountinganddrugstorehousespaceshavebeenreduced.DuetotheAutomaticdrugdeliverysystem,thenumberofDispensaryCounter,processed-prescriptionanddrugvarietyhaveincreasedwhilethedistanceofmakingupaprescriptionandthetimeofwaitingtimehavebeenreduced.medicinewaitinghallbecomescleanandorderlywithoutanychangesinthenumberofapothecariesConclusionHospitalLogisticsIntelligentenablesstaffsofdrugstorehousetocarryoutpurchasingplanbasedonthedrugstockandactualcount,whichnotonlyavoidstheriskofoverstockingdrugcausedbyseason,butalsopreventsdrugfrombeingoverduebecauseofuncertaintyoftheuseofdrug.Ithelpstooptimizeinventorymanagement,acceleratecashflow,andreducethecostofdrugmanagement.Atthesametime,itreleasestheapothecaries,increasesthespeedofdrugdispensing,reducesdrugdispensingerrors,andupgradepatients’satisfaction.[Keywords]hospitaldrugintelligentintegration1前言医院医疗行为很大程度上受到药品的牵制，如果医院药剂科（药学部）管理得当有效，可以降低医院成本和提高效益。目前，医院药品库存积压和部分药品供应不及时的现象时有发生，药库管理人员无法对医院用药情况做到实时掌握，甚至还会导致药品过期失效造成资源浪费。药品的采购发放以及记账都由医院药库工作人员负责，由于药库管理人员很少精通医院药品物流方面的知识，加上人手不够和工作强度大...
