摘要近几十年我国在享受人口红利带来的利益同时也不得不面对即将到来的老龄化危机。增速过快、未富先老、地区发展不均衡、家庭“四二一”的稳定结构等问题形式严峻。当下我国传统的养老模式虽取得一定养老成效已无法满足日益增长的养老需求。想要达成保证我国所追求“养老的适度福利”和“养老的公平共享”的目标也显得较为乏力，因此学院式养老被视为解决老龄化问题的有一创举而被关注。从当前学院式养老模式的发展现状来看，其的进一步发展仍受到政府职能、社会发展现状、社会心理观念等方面的制约。对此本文从学院式养老模式的社会作用入手，分析学院式养老的优越性以及学院式养老的实践案例中所出现的实际困境。并对比其他养老模式说明学院式养老的可行性和必要性进行探索，以此提出相应的建设路径。本文在撰写过程中应用文献分析法、案例分析法、比较分析法等方法来研究学院式养老模式。通过查阅了中外社会养老模式等理论的相关资料，从中借鉴养老模式的启示经验，针对实际案例进行分析，研究其发展服务模式和成功养老经验为学院式养老的建设和发展前景提供了实践基础。此外通过对比当前主流养老模式，突出学院式养老模式的优越性从而更有效解决社会养老问题。关键词：公平共享；老龄化问题；学院式养老；摘要AbstractAbstractInrecentdecades,Chinahasenjoyedthebenefitsofdemographicdividendandhastofacetheloomingagingcrisis.Thegrowthrateistoofast,theoldageisnotrich,thedevelopmentoftheregionisuneven,andthestablestructureofthefamily"fourtwoone"isserious.Atpresent,thetraditionalpensionmodeinourcountrycannotmeetthegrowingdemandfortheaged.Wanttoguaranteeourcountrypursues"modestpensionbenefits"and"fairshare"endowmentgoalisrelativelyweak,sotheacademicendowmentisregardedasoneinitiativetosolvetheproblemofagingpopulationandtheattention.Fromthecurrentdevelopmentstatusofthecollegepensionmodel,thefurtherdevelopmentofthecollegeisstillsubjecttothegovernmentfunction,socialdevelopmentstatusandsocialpsychologicalconcept.Thispaperstartswiththesocialfunctionofthecollegepensionmodel,analyzestheadvantagesofthecollegeendowmentandthepracticaldifficultiesinthepracticecasesofcollegeendowment.Comparedwithotherpensionmodes,thispaperexploresthefeasibilityandnecessityofcollegeendowment,andputsforwardthecorrespondingconstructionpath.Inthispaper,weuseliteratureanalysismethod,caseanalysismethodandcomparativeanalysismethodtostudythecollegeendowmentpattern.BylookingattheChineseandforeignsocialendowmentpatternssuchasthetheoryofrelatedinformation,touseforreferencetheexperienceofendowmentpatternsofrevelation,inviewoftheactualcaseanalysis,theresearchonthedevelopmentoftheservicemodeandthesuccessfulexperienceofpensionfortheconstructionanddevelopmentofcollegeendowmentoutlookprovidesapracticalbasis.Inaddition,bycomparingthecurrentmainstreampensionmode,theadvantagesofthecollegepensionmodelarehighlightedtosolvethesocialpensionproblemmoreeffectively.Keywords:theagingproblem;theequalsharingoftheaged;thecollegebasedpensionmode;绪论我国近几十年在享受人口红利带来的效益的同时带来了严重的老龄化。增速过快、未富先老的趋势仍在加快。养老问题已成为我国社会发展进程中不可忽视的社会问题之一。截止2017年底我国60岁以上老人达到2.41亿且其中有将近4000万人是失能、半失能的老人。[1]家庭呈现“四二一”的结构，加上我们对老年社会认识不足，社会养老仍处于基础建设阶段。反观现实养老现状可知，老年人需要的更多是精神慰藉、知识技能上的提升以及多角度的医疗护理服务。因此养老模式的创新应以高质量的养老设施服务为基础同时也要充分考虑到老年人精神文化上的需要这都是我国当前主流养老模式无法满足的。以此为契机学院式养老这一复合型养老新模式应运而生这也是...
