未成年人犯罪前科消灭制度研究摘要未成年人犯罪日趋严重，已经成为各国普遍关注的问题
与此同时，未成年人的人权保护也日益受到重视，许多国家通过建立前科消灭制度来保护未成年前科者的合法权利
尽管我国在新的《刑事诉讼法》中规定，未成年人被判处轻刑罚的犯罪记录应当予以封存,但此规定存在许多漏洞，以至于真正实施起来困难重重，很难保证未成年人的隐私不被泄露
然而随着社会的进步，民众法律意识的觉醒未成年前科者的各项权利也会引起社会的广泛关注，因此建立未成年人前科消灭制度成为大势所趋
