摘要职业认同感,就是指个体对于自己或他人所从事的职业持完全认可的态度。一个人职业发展的成败与其职业认同感有着重要的联系。当今农村地区幼儿教师学业水平偏低、教师队伍不稳定、专业训练不足,、工作的积极性较差,这些问题都给幼儿教育事业带来了严重困扰,归根结底,这些问题的产生与农村幼儿教师的职业认同感有着紧密的联系。因此,对农村幼儿教师进行职业认同方面的调查,不仅可以了解他们的内心情感和精神世界,还能够知道他们对于自己所从事的职业是否完全了解。这些都可以帮助农村幼儿园更好的了解教师的需求,促进农村幼儿教师更好的发展,使农村幼儿教师可以全面的认识自己。本次研究采取了问卷调查法,访谈法和文献研究法,选取了西安市高陵地区耿镇的一所公办园中的4位教师和两所民办园的4位教师进行了调查。调查结果如下:1、高陵地区农村幼儿教师的待遇较低,教师工作积极性不足。2、高陵地区农村幼儿教师的社会地位自我认识较低。3、高陵地区农村幼儿教师的工作环境较差,硬件环境和软件环境都有待提高。4、高陵地区农村幼儿教师的专业素养较低,缺乏系统的培训以及继续接受教育的机会。本调查在上述结果的基础上对农村幼儿教师职业认同现状进行了原因上的分析:1、高陵地区农村幼儿教师的工资待遇较低,缺乏社会保障。2、高陵地区农村幼儿教师的社会声望较低。3、高陵地区农村幼儿教师的择业动机较弱,对幼儿教育缺乏正确的认识。4、高陵地区农村幼儿教师职业意志薄弱。并就如何提高农村幼儿教师的职业认同感提出了具有针对性和建设性的意见:1、改善高陵地区农村幼儿教师的福利待遇,提高其社会地位。2、重塑高陵地区农村幼儿教师的职业形象。3、加强高陵地区农村幼儿教师的自身素质。4、实行奖励制度提高高陵农村幼儿教师的工作积极性。5、政府应加大对农村幼儿园的投资力度,为教师创造良好的工作环境。关键词:农村;幼儿教师;职业认同AbstractProfessionalidentity,isreferstotheindividualforthemselvesorothersbecompletelyapprovedaboutcareer.Successorfailureinthecareerdevelopmentofapersonwithprofessionalidentityhasanimportantlink.Today'sruralpreschoolteachers'educationallevelislow,unstableteachers,lackofprofessionaltraining,poor,workingenthusiasm,alltheseproblemsforearlychildhoodeducationcareerhasbroughtseriousproblems,attheendoftheday,thegenerationoftheseproblemswithruralpreschoolteachers'professionalidentityarecloselylinked.Therefore,theruralpreschoolteachers'professionalidentityofinvestigation,notonlycanunderstandtheirfeelingsandthespiritualworld,alsobeabletoknowwhethertheyareengagedinprofessionalfullyunderstood.Thesecanhelpruralkindergartentobetterunderstandtheneedsofteachers,promotethedevelopmentofruralpreschoolteachersbetter,makeruralpreschoolteacherscanfullyknowthemselves.Thisstudyadoptedquestionnairesurveymethod,interviewmethodandliteratureresearch,selectedthexi'anareagaolinggengapublicgardeninthetownoffourteachersandtwoprivatekindergartensoffourteacherswereinvestigated.Thesurveyresultsareasfollows:1,gaolingregionruralpreschoolteachers'payislow,teachers'workenthusiasm.2,gaolingruralpreschoolteachers'self-awarenesswithlowsocialstatus.3,gaolingruralpreschoolteachers'workingenvironmentisbad,thehardwareandsoftwareenvironmentremainstobeimproved.4,gaolingregionruralpreschoolteachers'professionalqualityislow,thelackofasystemoftrainingandtheopportunitytocontinuetoaccepteducation.Basedontheresultsofthissurveyintheaboveonruralpreschoolteachers'professionalidentitystatusanalysisonthereasons:1,gaolingregionruralpreschoolteachers'salaryislow,lackofsocialsecurity.2,gaolingregionruralpreschoolteachers'lowsocialprestige.3,gaolingregionruralpreschoolteachers'motivationisweak,thelackofcorrectunderstandingofe...
