磷胁迫对棉花不同果枝部位的产量及其品质的影响摘要在生长过程中,棉花需磷含量较低,但磷对其产量和品质的影响程度与氮和钾相似。在我国缺少磷矿和土壤磷的情况下,本文致力于研究磷胁迫对棉花不同果枝部位产量和纤维品质的影响。本论文采用“基本土壤速效磷含量”(造成低磷胁迫,严重低磷P0,适宜磷P2和轻度低磷P1)三种不同梯度,选择鲁棉研28(低磷敏感性棉花)和中棉所79(耐低磷性棉花)。2017年,两种棉花种植在河南省安阳市,采用盆栽方法,并采集棉花不同的果枝部位进行试验,从整株和不同果枝部位角度分析了磷胁迫对棉花单铃重和衣分及其纤维主要品质指标的影响。结果表明:低磷胁迫条件下,随着磷含量的增加,鲁棉研28和中棉所79两种棉花下部果枝部位的单铃重、棉花纤维长度、比强度和马克隆值总体上均上升,而棉花衣分下降,棉花纤维伸长率和整齐度指数未受到影响,对于上部果枝的棉花产量及其品质,也产生了相同的影响结果;整株水平上试验所测指标均受到磷含量变化的影响;并且得出过低或过高的的磷水平抑制了棉花对磷的利用的结论。未来可以考虑开展关于不同磷水平对棉花内何种物质产生了最直接的影响,然后根据这种物质找到并揭示其特定的基因型,进一步修饰,由此得出在我国土壤有效磷缺乏及磷矿资源不足背景下,适合我国大量种植的棉花品种。该论文有图5幅,表2个,参考文献17篇。关键词:低磷胁迫棉花产量纤维品质果枝部位EffectofPhosphorusStressonYieldandQualityofDifferentFruitBranchesofCottonAbstractIntheprocessofgrowth,thecontentofphosphorusrequiredbycottonisrelativelylow,buttheeffectofphosphorusonitsyieldandqualityissimilartothatofnitrogenandpotassium.Intheabsenceofphosphaterockandsoilphosphorusinourcountry,thispaperisdevotedtostudytheeffectofphosphorusstressontheyieldandfiberqualityofdifferentfruitbranchesincotton.Inthisdissertation,threedifferentgradientsof“basicsoilavailablephosphoruscontent”(causinglowphosphorusstress,severelowphosphorusP0,suitablephosphorusP2andmildlowphosphorusP1)wereadopted,andLuMianyan28(lowphosphorussensitivecotton),CCRI79(lowphosphorusresistantcotton)wereselected.In2017,twokindsofcottonwereplantedinAnyangCity,HenanProvince.Pottedmethodswereusedtoplantthecotton.Thenwecollecteddifferentpartsofthecottonbranches.Theresultsshowedthatundertheconditionoflowphosphorusstress,withtheincreaseofphosphoruscontent,thebollweight,cottonfiberlength,fiberspecificstrengthandfibermicronairevalueofthelowerfruitbranchofLumianyan28andCCRI79wereoverallincreased,whilethecottonclothingscoresdeclined.Cottonfiberelongationanduniformityindexwasnotaffected.Fortheupperfruitbranchcottonyieldandquality,ithasthesameeffect;Thetestedindicatorsonthewholeplantlevelwereaffectedbythechangeofphosphoruscontent.Anditconcludedthattoolowortoohighphosphoruslevelsinhibitedtheuseofphosphorusbycotton.Inthefuture,wecouldconsidercarryingoutthemostdirecteffectofdifferentphosphoruslevelsonwhatkindofsubstancesincotton,andthenfindandrevealtheirspecificgenotypesbasedonthissubstance.Theycanbefurthermodified.ThenUnderthebackgroundoflackofmineralresources,wecanfindthecottonvarietieswhichissuitableformasscultivationinChina.Thepaperhas5figures,2tables,and17references.KeyWords:LowphosphorusstressCottonyieldFiberqualityFruitbranch目录摘要---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------IAbstract-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------II图清单--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Ⅴ表清单-----------------------------------------------------...
