翻译服务协议甲方：PartyA:地址：Address:乙方：北京司文斋翻译服务*限企业PartyB:BeijingSunwiseTransla*ionServicesCo.,L*d.地址：北京市朝阳区慧谷阳光H座4-102室100102Address:Suite4-102Bldg.H,SunnyBoardBuild,ChaoyangDistrict,Beijing100102甲乙双方本着友好协商、共同发展的原则签订本翻译服务协议，其条款如下：BothpartiesofPartyAandPartyBhavesignedtheTranslationServiceContractbasedontheprincipleoffriendlycooperationandmutualdevelopment*Thearticlesareasfollows:一、甲方委托乙方为其提供翻译服务，及时向乙方提交清晰、易于识别的待译资料，提出明确规定，并对乙方的翻译质量进行监督。1.PartyAentrustsPartyBwiththetranslationservice.PartyAshallprovidelegibledocumentsintimeandgiveclearrequirementsandcontrolthetranslationqualityofPartyB.二、乙方准时完毕翻译任务(如发生不可抗力的原因除外)，向甲方提供已翻译好的打印件及电子文献各一份。详细交稿日期由双方约定。对于加急稿件，交稿期限由双方临时商议。2.PartyBshallcompletethetranslationworkintimeanddeliverthetranslationbyprintedhardcopyandarelevantdiskwithintheagreeddate(withtheexceptionofthedelaycausedbyForceMajeure).Detailsaboutthedeliverytimewillbediscussedbetweenthetwoparties.Fortheurgentrequest,thedeliverytimewillbediscussedaccordinglybetweenthetwoparties.三、乙方对甲方提供的任何资料必须严格保密，不得透露给第三方。3.PartyBshallkeepconfidentialityofanydocumentsprovidedbyPartyAandcannotdisclosetothethirdparty.四、翻译工作量记录：电子译稿：按电脑记录的中文版字符数计算（中文版Word中“不计空格的字符数”）;打印译稿：按中文原稿行数×列数记录计算（行×列）。4.Calculationoftheloadoftranslation:Forelectronicdocuments,thetranslationloadshallbebasedonthestatisticsofthecomputer(ChineseVersionWord“Chinesecharactersnotincludingblankspaces”).Forprinteddocuments,thetranslationloadshallbecalculatedaccordingtolinesofChinesecharacters(theoriginalprintedcopy),i.e.lines×rows.五、乙方按优惠价格向甲方收取翻译费用：英*汉为元/千字符（十万字以上）。5.PartyBwillchargethetranslationprojectfromPartyAwithfavorableprice:ForEnglish–ChineseRMB/1000Chinesecharactersandmarks（Morethan100000Chinesecharactersandmarks）.六、乙方可以在翻译开始前为甲方预估翻译费，甲方付款时则按实际发生的工作量支付给乙方翻译费用（工作量记录措施见本协议第四条）。如下为乙方的账户信息：账户名：北京司文斋翻译服务*限企业开户行：中国工商银行*贸支行账号：互换号：04166.PartyBcanevaluateandnoticePartyAtheestimatedtranslationfeebeforethelaunchoftheproject.PartyAshallpaytoPartyBtheamountoftranslationfeeaccordingtotheactuallycalculatedloadoftranslation(asspecifiedinClause4ofthisContract).BelowisthebankinformationofPartyB.
