北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计长安悦翔汽车转向器设计摘要本次毕业设计的任务为基于长安悦翔轻型轿车的主要参数,完成适载于该车的电动助力型齿轮齿条转向器。本研究设计主要针对转向器的国内外研究现状进行分析学习,并基于当前现状,对未来可能的发展方向进行一定程度的探究与设想。首先,本文先对转向系统进行初步的讲解,重点关注其结构组成,需要满足的要求与相关功能,为后文深入研究做好铺垫。此外,本文收集并列出了市面上现行使用的几种常见转向器结构,通过对几类转向器价格、质量、功能等方面进行比较分析,最后选定齿轮齿条式转向器作为本次毕业设计的研究课题。本次毕业设计研究的主要方向还是以学习、设计为主,首先对于齿轮齿条转向系统的空间整体布局进行设计,参照已有设计,本文选择了梯形转向器的布置形式,并加入了断开式设计的元素。依照本次课题所提供的汽车的相关基本参数,进行校核计算,确定此次设计转向系统的传动比,对于齿轮齿条的相关结构设计全都基于确定的传动比数值。最后分析转向系统中易磨损、折断、破坏的部位进行计算,校核,确定系统的安全性与稳定性。设计计算完成后,使用CAD等二维设计软件完成本次设计转向系统所需要的装配图及零件图设计。关键词:汽车齿轮齿条式转向器电动助力2北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计AbstractBasedonthemainparametersofalightcar,thetaskofthisgraduationdesignistocompletetheelectricpower-assistedrackandpinionsteeringgear.Thisresearchdesignmainlyanalyzesandstudiestheresearchstatusofsteeringgearathomeandabroad,andbasedonthecurrentstatus,carriesoutacertaindegreeofexplorationandimaginationonthepossibledevelopmentdirectioninthefuture.Firstofall,thispapergivesapreliminaryexplanationofthesteeringsystem,focusingonitsstructuralcomposition,requirementstobemetandrelatedfunctions,layingthefoundationforfurtherstudyinthefollowingpart.Inaddition,thispapercollectedandlistedseveralcommonsteeringgearstructurescurrentlyusedinthemarket,throughthepriceofseveralsteeringgear,quality,functionandotheraspectsofcomparativeanalysis,finallyselectedrackandpinionsteeringgearastheresearchtopicofthisgraduationproject.Themaindirectionofthisgraduationprojectisstilltostudyanddesign.Firstofall,theoverallspatiallayoutofpinionandracksteeringsystemisdesigned.Referringtotheexistingdesign,thispaperchoosesthelayoutformoftrapezoidalsteeringdeviceandaddstheelementofbreakingdesign.Accordingtotherelevantbasicparametersprovidedbythesubjectofthevehicle,checkthecalculation,determinethesteeringsystemofthedesignofthetransmissionratio,fortherackandpinionrelatedstructuraldesignareallbasedonthedeterminedtransmissionratiovalue.Finally,thepartsofthesteeringsystemthatareeasytobeworn,brokenanddamagedareanalyzedforcalculationandverificationtodeterminethesafetyandstabilityofthesystem.AfterthedesigncalculationiscompletedCADandothersecondarydesignsoftwareareusedtocompletethethree-dimensionalmodelingandrelatedassemblydrawingandpartdrawingdesignrequiredbythesteeringsystemdesign,andcarryoutsimulationoperationtooptimizethedesign.Keywords:SteeringsystemRackandpinionEPS3北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计目录摘要.......................................................................................................................I1.前言..................................................................................................................51.1研究现状和发展....................................................................................51.2研究的目的和意义..............................................................................
