幼儿园集体绘画教学活动的现状研究—以兰州市J幼儿园为例摘要随着我国教育的不断改革和发展,艺术教育对人的全面发展的重要性得到了充分的重视。我国早期教育家蔡元培主张通过艺术教育培养健康的人格精神。绘画教育是艺术教育中的一部分。《幼儿园指导纲要》中对幼儿园五大领域的教育都提出了明确的目标、内容与要求和指导要求,并明确指出:美育最重要的实现形式就是用艺术表达出来,健全幼儿的人格发展。以上都足以见得艺术教育给人带来的价值。集体绘画教学活动有着幼儿园不可或缺的地位,并且在集体教学活动中占重要地位。本文围绕着教师的“教”进行幼儿园集体绘画教学活动现状的调查研究,通过结合《纲要》要求发现目前的幼儿园集体绘画教学活动仍存在着大大小小的问题。通过调查发现J幼儿园集体绘画教学活动中问题,并究其原因,从集体绘画教学活动对幼儿全面发展的价值给出建议。本文以兰州市J幼儿园50名教师为研究对象,采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈法,从教学理念、教学设计、教学实施、教学评价四个方面结合调查结果,列出兰州市J幼儿园集体绘画教学活动存在的问题:教师对学习绘画专业知识和技能的意识淡薄、教师对集体绘画活动的认识价值较片面、教师缺乏自主设计教案的意识、教学内容忽视幼儿自助创作和感兴趣的内容、绘画材料种类不够多样、教学活动导入缺乏新意、教师缺乏幼儿绘画的专业知识培训与进修、师资队伍趋向“年轻化”等问题。基于此,在结合兰州市J幼儿园实际情况的前提下,提出相应对策:树立科学的教育观念;加强教师队伍建设,以老带新、加强幼儿教师专业素养,定期组织绘画知识技能专业培训与进修;利用当地资源开发绘画教学设计;丰富绘画材料投入等。关键词:幼儿园;绘画;集体绘画教学;教学活动SUMMARYWiththecontinuousreformanddevelopmentofeducationinChina,theimportanceofarteducationtotheall-rounddevelopmentofhumanbeingshasbeenfullyvalued.CAIyuanpei,anearlyeducatorinChina,advocatedthecultivationofhealthypersonalityspiritthrougharteducation.Paintingeducationisapartofarteducation."Kindergartenguidanceoutline"tothekindergartenfiveareasofeducationhaveputforwardcleargoals,contentandrequirementsandguidancerequirements,andclearlypointedoutthatthemostimportantformofaestheticeducationistoexpresswithart,improvethedevelopmentofchildren'spersonality.Alloftheaboveisenoughtoshowthevalueofarteducation.Thecollectivedrawingteachingactivityhastheindispensablepositioninthekindergarten,andoccupiestheimportantpositioninthecollectiveteachingactivity.Thispaperconductsaninvestigationandresearchonthestatusquoofcollectivepaintingteachingactivitiesinkindergartensbasedonteachers'"teaching".Throughtheinvestigation,theproblemsinthecollectivedrawingteachingactivitiesofJkindergartenwerefound,andthecauseswereinvestigated.Suggestionsweregivenonthevalueofthecollectivedrawingteachingactivitiestothecomprehensivedevelopmentofchildren.Taking50teachersofJkindergarteninlanzhoucityasresearchobjects,thispaperliststheproblemsexistinginthecollectivepaintingteachingactivitiesofJkindergarteninlanzhoucityfromfouraspectsofteachingconcept,teachingdesign,teachingimplementationandteachingevaluationbyusingliterature,questionnaireandinterview.Teacherstostudypaintingofaweakconsciousnessofprofessionalknowledgeandskills,teachersvaluetocollectivepaintingactivityisone-sided,lackofautonomy,andthedesignofteachingplanofteachingcontenttoignorechildren'sself-helpwritingandinterestedincontent,typesofpaintingmaterials,notenoughvariety,teachingactivitiesintoalackofnewidea,teachers'lackofchildren'spaintingprofessionalknowledgetrainingandfurthereducation,teacherstendtobetheproblemsuchas"young".Basedonthis,onthepremiseofcombiningth...
