1一种高效环保型阻垢缓蚀剂的制备及性能研究摘要:以无水马来酸酐和β-巯基丙酸为主要原料、铬酸钾为催化剂合成出S-羧乙基硫代琥珀酸(CETSA),并对其阻垢缓蚀效果进行了研究
结果表明:S-羧乙基硫代琥珀酸具有良好的水溶性和生物降解性,在宽pH范围内具有较好的缓蚀阻垢性能,尤其将其与葡萄糖酸钠、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)及Zn盐等物质复配后(无磷1#),其缓蚀率得到大幅度提高
它在45℃和投加浓度为20ppm条件下,其缓蚀率可达93
2%、阻垢率达98
5%,且无磷环保,具有更高的性价比
