OutsourcedCrossTrainingAgreement外出培训协议PartyA:甲方：PartyB:乙方：Gender:性别：IDcardnumber:身份证号码：Homeaddress:家庭住址：ThetwopartiesAandBreachedanagreementonthefollowingitems:甲乙双方就如下内容到达协议:ObligationofPartyA:甲方责任：1)PartyAwillarrangeforPartyBtoundergoacrosstrainingin.Validity:to.甲方将安排乙方到接受为期的培训。时间为：到。2)Duringtheabove-mentionedduration,partyAwillarrangeforpartyBtobegivenon-the-jobtrainingforthebenefitofimprovingB’sworkingcapabilities,knowledge,experienceandskills.上述时间内甲方安排乙方接受在职培训以期提高乙方的工作能力、知识经验及技能。3)PartyAwillarrangeforpartyBtobeprovidedthefollowingduringthetrainingperiod:培训期内，甲方将安排提供乙方如下各项内容：a)PartyB‘swagesandotherbenefitsremainunchangedduringthetraining.乙方培训期间在甲方的工资及其他福利待遇不变。b)Returnticketsexpensesandaccommodations.来往机票费用及住宿安排。c)Mealsasprovidedforattrainingperiod.培训期内的膳食。d)PartyAwillresponsibleforpartyB’sinjuryondutyoremergencycasesmedicaltreatmentandhospitalizationexpensesrelatedtoworkduringthetrainingperiod.乙方在培训期间的工作时间发生的工伤及与工作有关的急症住院医疗费用由甲方承担。4)PartyAreservestherightandauthoritytoterminatethetrainingunderthefollowingcircumstances,andpartyBneedtocompensatealltheconcernedoccurredexpensestopartyA:在下列情形下，甲方有权终止培训，并且乙方应当赔偿已发生的有关费用：a)PartyBisunabletomeettherequiredworkstandardsduringthetraining.乙方在培训期间不能到达培训原则b)PartyBisunabletocontinuewiththetrainingprogramduetosicknessorinjuries.乙方因疾病或受伤不能继续培训c)PartyBviolatesemploymentandlaborrulesorotherregulationsasset.乙方违反约定的劳动条例或其他规章制度d)PartyBcommitsanyunlawfulactsintheplaceoftraining.乙方在培训期间实行了任何违反法律的行为5)PartyAwillreservestherightandauthoritytoterminatethetrainingthroughearlycompletionoftrainingorsomespecialcasesnotwithinpartyA’scapabilitytocontrol.由于甲方无法控制的原因或提前到达培训目的而提前终止培训的，甲方有权终止培训。ObligationofPartyB:乙方责任：1.PartyBwillabidetoalltherulesandregulationsassetbypartyApertainingtothetrainingprogramanditsrelatedconditions.乙方应遵守所有甲方制定的有关培训及有关状况下的规章制度。2.Uponcompletionoftraining,partyBmustcontinuetheemploymenttenurewithpartyAfromto.ShouldpartyBwillfullyterminatetheemploymenttenurewithpartyA,orshouldpartyBcommitanyactthatwarrantsdisciplinarymeasureswhichmayresultinaterminationofemploymentcontractbypartyAduringtheemploymentperiodafterthetraining,partyBwillneedtoreimbursepartyAthefullexpensesRMB_______________Yuanincurredforthetraining.Aftercompletionofthetraining,thereimbursementofthetrainingfeewillbededucted1/24withpartyB’scompletionofeveryonemonthemploymentcontractwithpartyA.TheremainderofthetotaltrainingcostsshouldbethereimbursementpaidbypartyB.培训结束后，乙方必须履行完至止的劳动协议，协议截止之前乙方提出解除协议，或由于乙方违纪行为导致的甲方提前解除协议，乙方需向甲方赔偿所有培训费用____________元人民币。培训结束后，乙方每履行完劳动协议一种月，赔偿金额即从总培训费用中递减二十四分之一，剩余部分作为乙方支付培训费用的金额。3.PartyBwillfurthermorebeliabletoalllegalfeesincurredbypartyArelatedtothewillfulbreachofcontractbypartyB.乙方应支付所有由于乙方积极提前解除所约定的协议而导致甲方为了索赔而支付的法律费用。4.PartyBwillresponsibleforpartyB’snon-workrelatedinjuriesandothermedicaltreatmentandhospitalizationexpensesduringthetrainingperiod.Thiscontractisanadditionaltrainingagreementfortheemploymentcontract,alltheotheritemsoftheemploymentcontractremainunchanged,thisagreementwillbevalidfromthestaringdateofthetraining.本协议作为劳动协议专题培训的补充协议，劳动协议的其他条款不变，本协议自培训开始日生效。Thiscontractandallitsconditionhavebeenread,understoodandagreedtobyallthetwoparties(partyAandpartyB).本协议及有关条款已经被甲乙双方阅读及理解并同意。如中英文有歧义，以中文论述为准。PartyA(Chop)PartyB(signature)甲方盖章：乙方签字：Legalrepresentative(Agent):法定代表人(委托代理人)：TimeTime时间：时间：
