国际买卖协议（中英文）InternationalPurchaseContract甲方（买方）：PartyA(Buyer):协议编号：ContractNo.:乙方（卖方）：PartyB(Seller):签订日期：Date:本协议由买卖双方商订，在协议项下，双方同意按下列条款买卖下述商品：ThiscontractismadebyboththeSellerandBuyer,wherebytheBuyeragreestobuyandtheSelleragreestoselltheundermentionedProductaccordingtothetermsandconditionsstipulatedbelow:一、产品名称、规格型号、单位、数量、金额序号产品名称规格型号单位数量单价()总金额ItemNo.ProductNameModelNumberUnitQuantityUnitPrice()Amount合计金额（大写）：TotalAmount:二、质量规定及技术原则Article2.QualityRequirementsandTechnicalStandard订货品质规格应完全与确认样品及买方所指定者符合，如有不符合由卖方负责，我司可以拒绝验收。TheProductsmustentirelyconformtoconfirmedsampleandthegoodsdesignatedbyBuyer.SellershallberesponsibleforanyProductswhichareinconsistentwithconfirmedsampleand/orthegoodsdesignatedbyBuyer,BuyerhastherighttorejectsuchProducts.三、交（提）货方式、时间、地点：Article3.DeliveryTerms,Time,Place（1）交易方式：FOBXXX港DeliveryTerms:FOBXXXPort（2）交（提）货时间：不能迟于信用证规定之最终装船日装运-DeliveryTime:NottobelaterthanthelastshippingdatespeicfiedinL/C.（3）运送方式：货品用集装箱经由买方指定的船务代理企业安排自中国海运至爱尔兰指定港口TransportationMeans:TheProductsshallbeshippedfromshippingporttodesignateddestinationportofIrelandusingcontainer.装运期：-----------------------------------------------------ShippingDate:----------------------------------------------------（4）地点：Place:1、装运港：---------------------------------------------------------ShippingPort:XXXPort,China2、目的港：--------------------------------------------------------DestinationPort:CORK,DUBLIN四、包装原则Article4.PackingStandard所供货品必须由卖方妥善包装，适合远洋和长途内陆运送，防潮，防湿、防震，防锈，任何由于卖方包装不善而导致的损失由卖方承担。AllProductsmustbewellpackedagainstdampness,moisture,shockandrustbySellerandbesuitableforoceanandlong-distanceinnerlandcarriage.Sellershallberesponsibleforanylossanddamagesduetoimproperpacking.1.每项产品均应贴上产地标示之标纸及买方指定之标签ProductionareamarkandBuyer’sdesignatedlabelshallbeaffixedtoeachProduct.2.每项产品除买方指定之商标文字外不得有任何其他记号，商标或文字Nosign,trademarkorwordingshallappearoneachProduct,exceptforBuyer’sdesignatedtrademark.3.所有产品包装（含内盒及外箱）皆须印ITEMNO.及Q’TY，并需用透明胶带封口，不得打钉Thepackaging(includinginnerboxandoutercarton)ofallProductsmustbeprinteditemnumberandquantityandmustbesealedbyscotchtapewithoutanynails.4.所有产品皆须附阐明书，组合图连同五金螺丝装入“零件袋”后以胶带贴在纸箱上Instructionbooks,combinationdrawingtogetherwithhardwaresnailsshallbepackagedinto“accessorybag”andaffixedtothecartonsofallProducts.5.凡易碎品（玻璃、镜片、大理石、陶瓷等）之外箱皆须注明易碎记号及FRAGILE,DONOTSTEPON及TOPLOADONLYEachcartonoffragilecommodity(glass,lens,marble,pottery,etc.)shallbemarkedwiththefrangibilitysignandotherwordingof“FRAGILE,DONOTSTEPONandTOPLOADONLY”.6.所有产品均须擦拭清洁后才可包装入箱Allproductsshallnotbepackagedintocartonunlesstheyarewipedclean.五、验收条款.InspectionClause（１）卖方必须在交货前全面、精确地检查货品的质量、规格和数量，签发质量证书，证明所交货品与协议中有关条款规定相符，但此证明书不作为货品的质量、规格、性能和数量的最终根据。卖方应将记载检查细节和成果的书面汇报附在质量证明书内。(1)Sellermust...
