AAAA合作教练框架协议AAAA’CooperationFrameworkAgreementwithCoaches合同编号：Contactno.:甲方：深圳市AAAA信息科技有限公司乙方PartyA:ShenzhenAAAAinformationtechnologyCo.LtdpartyB:地址：XXX身份证号：IDNO.:XXX甲乙双方本着合作互信，共同发展原则就教练合作达成以下协议，并以此作为框架指导后续合作相关事宜Bothpartiesreachthefollowingagreementwhichguidethesubsequentcooperationundertheprincipleofmutualtrustandcommondevelopment1合作概述Cooperationintroduction1.1甲方为北京AAAA体育文化发展有限公司、深圳市AAAA信息科技有限公司等相关企业（以下简称AAAA），旗下包含多个产品和平台，甲方负责旗下相关产品的平台搭建，营销，运营规划，服务标准制定，客户服务及服务提供商管理。PartyAisBeijingAAAAsportandculturedevelopmentco.Ltd.ShenzhenAAAAinformationtechnologyco.Ltdandotherrelatedenterprises(abbreviation:AAAA),itincludesmanyproductsandplatforms.PartyAisresponsibleforplatformbuilding,marketing,operationplanning,servicestandards,andcustomerservicemanagementandserviceproviders.1.2乙方同时期内在体育和互联网公司内只能跟甲方进行合作，并有义务出席甲方安排的商业活动、交流活动，并提供陪练和培训课程服务。乙方有义务保证提供的服务能够达到AAAA平台制定的标准。PartyBshouldonlycooperatewithpartyAatthesameperiodinthesportsandInternetfield.inaddition,partyBisobligedtotakepartyinthebusinessactivitiesandexchangeactivitiesarrangedbypartyAandprovidetrainerandtrainingcoursesservices.partyBmustmakesurethattheservicesreachalevelsetbypartyA1.3基于甲乙双方沟通，合作期内：Baseontheagreementinthecooperationperiod:1.3.1甲方每月向乙方共支付8000元人民币（每人2000元人民币），PartyAtotallypaypartyB8000yuanmonthly(2000yuanperperson)1.3.2乙方需提供每月八次——每周两次的免费户外训练课程（具体教学场地及教练由甲方指定）。PartyBshallprovideeighttimesamonth,twiceaweekfreeoutdoortrainingcourses(teachingfieldsandcoachdesignatedbypartyA)1.3.3甲方提供甲方学员的运动衫，可印有乙方Logo。乙方的姓名、肖像、履历等均只可被甲方使用。乙方在无课程安排的情况下，必须无条件配合甲方进行照片、视频等素材的拍摄工作。PartyAprovidetraineesfrompartyAsweatshirtwhereLogofrompartyBcanbeprinted.partyB’name,portrait,resume,etcareonlycanbeusedbypartyA.Inthecaseofnocoursearrangement,partyBmustunconditionallycooperatewithpartyAforphotographsandvideofootageofthefilming2结算与付款Settlementandpayment甲乙与乙方的所有费用将在次月的5日发放，如遇节假日则顺延至节后第一个工作日。乙方账户信息如下：Alltheexpenseswillbepaidinthenextmonthfifth,inthecaseofholidays,thepaymentwillbedelayedtothefirstworkingdayafterholiday.partyB’accountisasfollows:户名：Username:开户行：Account账号：AccountNO.甲乙双方结算金额以甲方出具的结算凭证为准。若乙方对结算金额有异议，需要进行对账，则乙方需按照甲方要求的格式提供对账流水。ThesettlementamountissubjecttothesettlementcertificationfrompartyA.IfpartyBneedstocheckthesettlementsamount,thepartyBneedstoprovidethedetailedbill.3合同期限本合同有效期为自本合同签订之日起至2016年12月31日，合同期满前30日内，如双方均未向另一方书面要求终止本合同，则本协议执行时间自动顺延一年。ThecontractdeadlineThevalidperiodisfromthedaywhenthecontractissignedtoDecember31,2016.inthe30daysbeforethedeadline,ifbothpartiesdonotrequiretoterminatethecontract,theagreementwillbeautomaticallypostponedforoneyear4违约责任Liabilityforbreachofcontract4.1本协议一方不履行协议义务或者履行义务不符合本协议约定给另一方造成损失的，应承担损害赔偿责任，损失赔偿额应当相当于因违约所造成ifonepartyfailstope...
