旅行社责任风险分析与保险院 系安全工程学院专 业保 险班 级84050401学 号2008040504013姓 名张 静指导教师车 辉负责教师 沈阳航空航天大学2012 年 6 月摘 要随着我国城市化进程加速，人民生活水平不断提高，旅游业的发展也日益强盛。各类旅游事故也随之产生，其中因旅游行程安排不当，旅行社疏忽、过失导致的游客受到人身伤亡和财产损失的问题非常突出。本篇论文以旅行社这一行业为标的，通过对其存在的责任风险因素进行定量分析，计算得出导致旅行社发生责任风险事故的风险因素的权重，然后根据权重大小对风险因素导致事故发生严重性进行逐一排列，确定旅行社及保险公司重点检查、防范的项目。通过编制安全检查表，由检查人员对安全检查表中各检查项目进行检查，并进行打分，制定一个能够在旅行社这一行业通用的评价模型，为承保工作提供科学依据。通过费率浮动、责任限额的选择、基本险和附加险的综合运用，为旅行社提供一个保障充裕的保险方案。关键词：旅行社责任保险；风险分析；风险控制；层次分析法；安全检查表AbstractNowadays, the development of tourism increases with the acceleration of China's urbanization and the improvement of people's living standards. With that, all kinds of travel accident generates, and the problem of improper travel arrangement and negligence of the travel agent which lead to the lost of the property and the injuries and deaths of the tourists is extrude. In this paper, we define the industry of the travel agent as the subject matter insured. According to the hazard analysis to the existing hazard factors, the weight of the hazard which lead to the liability accident of the travel agent can be calculated. Then we determine the key checks and prevention items for the travel agent and insurance company depending on arrangement of the value of the weight.
