摘 要如今，越来越多的车主、维修厂通过伪造现场实现在自己保险范围内的最大利益化。伪造现场保险公司按理说是不负责赔偿的，而且伪造现场也牵扯到道德问题，作为保险业务的龙头业务的车险业务，伪造现场对于保险公司造成极大损失。所以，应对这些伪造的现场，对于一名车险查勘员来说，应该抵制对方的诱惑，同时有自己的应对策略，保障保险公司的利益，让真正需要保险赔偿的车主得到赔偿。本文通过对现有的一些伪造事故的形式特点，进行分析，然后结合美国反伪造现场的经验，结合现代的发展，给出粗浅的建议。 关键字：汽车保险 ，理赔，诈骗，防范策略AbstractNowadays , more and more car owners and garages gain profit by forging the scene of the accident from the property insurance company. But ,the property insurance company is not responsible for compensation if the scene of the accident is false.
