农产品第三方物流发展调查分析 ——以乌鲁木齐市为例陈治国，李 红1 (新疆农业大学 经济与管理学院，乌鲁木齐 830052)[摘 要] 农产品第三方物流凭其有效的资源整合能力对农业经济的快速发展产生了巨大的推动的作用。本文以乌鲁木齐市为例，通过实地调查、发放问卷了解和掌握农产品第三方物流企业的发展情况，研究发现全市农产品第三方物流存在诸多亟待解决的问题，而解决存在的诸多物流问题是本市经济持续快速发展的关键，需要政府及相关物流主体的共同努力，并提出了有效的对策措施。[关键词] 农产品物流 第三方物流 第三方物流企业 [Abstract] Agricultural produce third-party logistics has a huge promoting role in the rapid development of the agricultural economy with its own effective integration of resources capable. This paper that adopted the empirical analysis that involves questionnaire and field investigation more deeply researched the 3PL enterprise’s development by using example of Urumqi. The research found that there are many agricultural products third-party logistics problems that need to be solved. Proposing effective measures to solve the many logistical problems is the key that can maintain sustained and rapid economic growth. Government and related logistics subjects need to work together.[Keywords] agricultural products logistics；third-party logistics；3PL enterprise一、 乌鲁木齐农产品物流基本情况随着新疆经济社会的全面快速发展，乌鲁木齐市作为新疆的首府城市，是全疆的政治、经济和文化中心，也是第二座亚欧大陆桥中国西部桥头堡和我国向西开放的重要门户。其在全疆经济发展中扮演着重要角色。近年来，乌鲁木齐市综合竞争力不断提升，全市目前拥有自治区级以上农业产业化的大型龙头企业 34 家，其中有国家级的大型龙头企业 6 家，农产品加工型企业 16 家，上市公司 2 家，总资产过亿的企业 16 家，已经初步建成了粮棉、畜牧、果蔬及特色农产品等多个主导产业，农业产业化经营也由小到大逐渐壮大起来。新疆正在逐步形成以乌鲁木齐市为中心，周边城镇为依托，布局合理、集中经营、产业化发展的新型都市农业产业群。乌...
