摘 要“民以食为天”,在现代旅游业高度发达的今天,旅游者对旅游质量的要求越来越高。作为旅游六要素“食、住、行、游、购、娱”第一位的“食”,也在它独有的领域担当着相当重要的角色。饮食文化是传统中华文化大流中的一支,溯古至今有着其不可替代的内涵,在弘扬中华文化的同时也能满足旅游者日益提高的对旅游活动文化品味的需求,对我国旅游业发展有着很大的影响与作用。本文主要通过对饮食类节目《爽食行天下》进行分析解读,结合当前旅游业以及饮食业在发展现状,总结当今饮食节目所普遍存在的旅游与饮食相结合的“卖点”,对其所展示的内容的优缺点进行分析,并以点带面,分析目前中国旅游业发展与饮食文化互动过程中的良性因素与不良因素,作为饮食文化与我国旅游业互动发展的参考和依据。关键词:饮食文化 旅游业发展 爽食行天下Abstract“Man eats by nature”,in modern day when the tourism developing so fast,people ask for more quality experience of traveling. As the first factor of the six elements of tourism——“eating、lodging、transportation、tour、shopping、entertainment”, eating playing an important role in its special area. Diet culture is an influent of the traditional Chinese’ culture and it has irreplaceable connotations down the ages. The diet culture can not only promote the traditional Chinese culture,but also satisfy the increasing needs of traveler who want for more testable tourism culture and it has a great influence and effect to the development of China’s tourism.This passage mainly analysis the topic depends on a famous TV food program, combined with the current situation in the development of tourism and catering to summarize the "selling point" of today's diet programs .This passage also analysis the strengths and weaknesses which were showed on the program and to fan out from point to area, show the healthy factors and negative factors of the process of interaction between China’s development of tourism and diet cu...
