毕业设计说明书题 目:机械式送料机构及关键零件夹具设计学 号:姓 名:班 级专 业:机械设计制造及其自动化指导教师:学 院:机械工程学院答辩日期摘 要本文是对机械式自动送料机构进行了相关设计和一个关键零件某一工序的专用夹具设计。该机构使用同步带进行传送,所以对同步带进行相关设计,同时还设计了同步带装紧装置,解决了同步带在使用过程中会变松弛的情况。进行相关设计后,进行装配图设计和绘制部分零件图,建立送料机构三维模型并进行仿真分析。这次专用夹具设计选择了该机构中同步带装紧装置的钻孔工序,并绘制零件图和夹具装配图。关键词:送料机构;同步带;夹具设计Abstracta mechanical automatic feed mechanism and a key part of a process dedicated fixture designed is designed in this article.
