上海市零售药店分布与医疗机构分布的关联分析刘宝 1 岳伟 2 张仁伟 2 胡善联 1摘要 本研究考察了上海市零售药店分布与医疗机构分布的关联。研究以零售药店密度和医疗机构密度分别作为零售药店分布和医疗机构分布的指标，通过非参数回归和参数回归分析发现了上海市零售药店密度与医疗机构密度之间存在的“下凹”非线性关系。结果表明目前上海市零售药店分布与零售药店所面临的竞争环境并不协调。关键词 零售药店 医院 分布 关联The Relationship Between the Distribution of Retail Drug Stores and Hospitals in ShanghaiLiu Bao Yue Wei Zhang Renwei Hu ShanlianDepartment of Health Economics, School of Public Health, Fudan University, Shanghai 200032Abstract This paper studied the relationship between the distribution of retail drug stores and hospitals in Shanghai. By using the density indicators as proxy for the distribution of retail drug stores and hospitals, both non-parametric and parametric method found the relationship between the density of retail drug stores and hospitals is nonlinear and concave downward. This results suggested that currently the distribution of retail drug stores in shanghai disharmonized with the competition situation they confronted.
