Scholarship Donation Agreement奖学金捐赠协议 Parties of the agreement: 合同当事方：Donor 赠予方Donee 受赠方In order to encourage the students to study hard and become the top talents, and through friendly consultation between Donor and Donee, the Donor shall set up scholarship in Donee. This agreement is hereby worked out for specifying both parties’ rights and obligations为鼓励广大学生刻苦学习成为优秀人才，经赠予方与受赠方友好协商，由赠予方在受赠方处设立奖学金，双方当事人为明确相互之间的权利义务关系，签订本合同。Article I Purpose for Donation第一条捐赠目的Donor shall set up scholarship in Donee with the purpose of encouraging the students’ comprehensive development, being well cultivated and benefiting the society. 赠予方在受赠方处设立奖学金，目的在于鼓励学生全面发展，成为国家栋梁之材，造福于社会。Article II Amount of Donation第二条捐赠金额Donor shall set up scholarship, with the annual amount of RMB Sixty Thousand Yuan and the term for donation shall be Six Years. As for the annual donating amount, Thirty-eight Thousand Yuan (RMB) is used for scholarship distribution, Ten Thousand Yuan (RMB) for scholarship management and Twelve Thousand Yuan (RMB) for sample products and training material of lightning and surge protection provided by Donor to Donee. The expense for training material and sample products thereof is the upper limit and Donor has the right to make corresponding adjustment based on the company’ s operation and management.赠予方设立奖学金，金额为每年人民币陆万元，捐赠年限为六年。每年的捐赠金额中，叁万捌千元用于将学金发放，壹万元用于奖学金的管理费用，壹万贰千元用于赠予方向受赠方提供的防雷和电涌保护产品样品和培训资料费用。其中，产品样品和培训资料的费用部分的金额为上限值，赠予方有权根据企业经营状况进行相应调整。Article III Donation Payment第三条捐赠金额的交付Donor shall ...
