School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092,China)Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low treatment efficiency, inadequate treatment capacity and high-energy consumption of the mechanical clarification tank.The paper introduces the reconstruction of mechanical clarification tank by using Micro-vortex Flocculating and Inclined-tube Settling Technology.After the reconstruction,the efficiency of the tank is improved,the turbidity of treated water is less than 3.0 NTU.Key words: micro-vortex flocculating; inclined-tube settling technology; mechanical clarification tank; technical reconstruction1.机械搅拌澄清池工艺简介机械搅拌澄清池是利用池中积聚的泥渣与原水中的杂志颗粒相互接触、吸附,以达到清水较快分离的净水构筑物,可较充分发挥混凝剂的作用和提高澄清效率。和竖流式沉淀池相比,澄清池具有生产能力高、处理效果好等优点;但其对原水的水量、水质、水温及混凝剂等因素的变化影响比较明显。澄清池主要有机械搅拌澄清池、水力循环澄清池、脉冲澄清池悬浮澄清池等几种形式。机械搅拌澄清池属泥渣循环型澄清池,其特点是利用机械搅拌的提升作用来完成泥渣回流和接触反应。其主要缺点如下: ① 机械搅拌絮凝工艺落后;根据现代絮凝理论,水的涡旋流动可以增加流速梯度和紊动程度,促进水中胶体亚微扩散与絮体碰撞,提高絮...
