摘 要随着矿井机械化程度的不断提高,煤矿尘害问题日趋突出。矿井粉尘不仅污染井下工作场所,危害矿工身体健康,而且能加速机械的磨损,在一定的条件下发生爆炸,酿成重大灾害。因此,制定有效的防尘、降尘措施对煤矿安全具有重大意义。其中,采用降低工作面回采时煤尘产生量的最根本、最有效的主动防尘手段-综采工面煤层注水防尘技术,能很好地帮助解决这一问题。本文针对永煤集团陈四楼煤矿回采工作面粉尘浓度一直居高不下的实际情况,开展综采工作面进行煤层注水防尘技术试验研究。首先在研究煤层注水机理的基础上,对影响煤层注水效果的因素进行分析;然后现场取煤样在实验室试验,对二 2煤层注水相关基础参数进行测试与分析,为注水水样的选取提供依据; 再此基础上,对煤层注水方式、注水设备、注水关键工艺及参数进行优化设计,分别在综采工作面开展了气动高压注水、脉动高压注水和静压注水的煤层注水工业性试验,并对注水效果进行考察,根据现场实测效果,经比较后,确定合理的煤层注水方案;最后形成适宜陈四楼煤矿的煤层注水技术。关键词:综采工作面;煤层注水;静压注水;动压注水 AbstractWith the improvement of the mechanization on the fully mechanized mining face,the problem of coal dust are becoming more prominent. Mine dust pollutes the workplace of underground and endangers the health of miners, also accelerates the wear and tear of machine and cause explosion in certain conditions. Therefore, it is signification for mine safety that we should make effective measures for dust and reduction.
