Compared the advantages of mold such as high precision, consistency, high efficiency, low cost are incomparable with other processing method. As a country, the level of the mold manufacturing technique is the sign of the manufacturing technique of the country. This design is Automobile Hydraulic Fluid Tank Mold Design, it including five parts, the under-part of the gasoline tank deep drawing mold, the under-part of the gasoline tank punching mold, the top gasoline tank drawing mold, the top gasoline tank extruding tool and the restricting dies. The restricting dies are in common for the two parts of the gasoline tank.
