摘 要随着企业的不断发展,企业竞争越来越依赖于人员工是企业当中重要的因素,选择行之有效的激励方法对员工加以管理,才是成功的制胜法宝,激励是一种有效的领导方法,企业的管理如果激励有方,它能直接影响员工的价值取向和工作观念,激发员工创造财富和献身事业的热情,凝聚团队的力量实现企业与个人的飞速发展。“ 90 后”已然是企业员工发展中的主力军,如何用新方式来 激励“ 90 后”员工已经成为了目前企业急需制定的激励措施 ,本文选取中信银行作为案例,通过研究中信银行目前的激励现状和存在的问题进行研究分析,,通过结合双因素激励理论、期望激励理论、 马斯洛需求层次激励理论等提出针对“90 后”员工的激励策略和有效的改善措施,以期获得具有普适性意义的研究结论。 本文首先介绍了关于对于企业员工的激励理论基础,银行西安分行90 后新生代员工的特点,继而通过文献调查法以及访谈法,通过了解目前的中信银行激励现状和其存在的问题,并且结合目前“ 90” 后员工的自身特点分析 对问题存在的原因进行分析,针对目前存在的问题采取更好的激励措施,以此来增加中信银行的效益。关键字: 90 后员工;激励;中信银行AbstractWith the continuous development of enterprises, enterprise competition is more and more dependent on people are important factors of enterprise employees, select effective incentive methods to manage employees, is the successful key, motivation is an effective method, the leadership of the economical management if the incentive of the enterprise, it can directly affect employee value orientation and working ideas, arouse the enthusiasm of the employees to create wealth and dedication, condensed the power of the team to realize the rapid development of enterprises and individuals.
