摘要《周易》是一部中国古代关于研究宇宙万物运动变化发展规律的中国自然哲学典籍,阐明自然宇宙之理,人生之理,是中国传统文化的一部开山着作。在漫长的中国古代社会被列为“五经”之首,“大道之源”,称为中华第一经。中华文化在漫长的发展岁月中,衍生出了许多养生方式,而传统体育养生则是一个重要组成部分,主要指通过身体活动,强调内外结合、身心一统、天人合一,最终达到身体健康、防病治病,是一门生命科学。关键词:周易思想健身养生;阴阳观适时守中观;中道观AbstractZhouyi is a book of natural philosophy in ancient China about the study of the laws of the movement, change and development of all things in the universe.
