摘 要快递业逐渐成为中国重点扶持的产业之一，实施有效的产业政策，加快快递行业发展，已在国内达成共识。作为新兴产业，快递业具有投资额大、利润高、吸纳就业人员多等特点，极具发展前景。山东省位于中国的东部地区，具有发展快递业的区位优势；经济的发展程度较高，人口众多，具有很大的消费市场；社会教育状况良好，各项制度比较完善，能够在一定程度上形成快递业的竞争优势。对社会资源进行有效的配置，合理引导快递企业的成长并善加利用，山东省快递业就必然能够实现长足发展。本文运用波特教授的“钻石”模型，分析影响山东省快递业发展的各种因素，包括要素、需求、相关与支援产业和企业四个决定方面，机会和政府两个辅助方面，并针对存在的问题与不足，提出解决和改善的对策，以期引导消费者和企业树立正确的发展观念，促进快递行业在全国乃至全世界产生强大的竞争能力。关键词：“钻石”模型；竞争优势；快递行业 - I -ABSTRACTExpress delivery industry has become one of the China's major support industries,. the implementation of effective industrial policies to accelerate the development of the express industry has reached a consensus in the country.
