饲料粉碎机设计摘要:锤片式饲料粉碎机的工作效率和饲料破碎质量受多种因素的影响,粉碎室的进料量和工作效率是影响粉碎效果的主要原因之一。所以,设计了一种带肋的进料破碎机结构,并将 PID 控制器引入进料输入控制系统,以提高进料破碎机的自动适应和调节功能。为了提高破碎室的工作效率和破碎质量,采用双圆盘模式计算了旋转副设定值,在锤片上添加了肋板结构,在送料装置上设计了 PID 调节器。送料量能依据锤片的阻力和破碎质量进行自我调节。最后,通过试验样机对进料破碎机的破碎性能进行了测试。试验结果显示: 采用肋板结构可以有效地减少饲料破碎的工作时间,使劳动效率上升。PID 调节器可以增强进料系统的自动适应能力,加快响应速度,降低超调量,提高进料破碎质量。关键词: 进料破碎机;自动适应调节;进料装置;;PID 控制;;加肋Abstract: The operation efficiency and crushing quality of hammer feed mill are affected by many factors. Feeding amount of feed and working efficiency of crushing chamber are one of the main factors. For this reason, a structure of feed mill with ribbed plate is proposed, and the PID controller is introduced into the feed control system, which improves the adaptive intelligent regulation function of feed mill. In order to improve the working efficiency and crushing quality of the crushing chamber, the rotor is designed as a double disc type, and the rib structure is added to the hammer. The PID regulator is designed in the feeding device. The feeding quantity can be adjusted adaptively according to the resistance and crushing quality of the hammer. Finally, the comminution performance of the feed mill is tested by the test prototype. The results show that the rib structure can effectively shorten the working time of feed comminution and improve the working efficiency.
