摘 要随着科技的发展，教育也发展的越来越好。越来越多的人们关注孩子们，以人性化的学习理念，注重学生的全面发展。国家通过实施一系列的教育改革，这有利于中小学学生的成长大力提倡素质教育，但也提出了规划和中小学的设计更高的要求。伴随着城市的快速发展，中国城镇中小学建设正进入一个新的发展时期。然而，在高密度城市环境的中小学都面临着严峻的形势下，城市建设用地不足，适龄学生的入学率不断增加。这些周边问题已经大大限制了小学和中学的发展。因此，有限的建设用地和资源的条件下，如何实现高效，合理的功能组织和空间设计，适应素质教育发展的需要，满足当前社会教育的需求，同时适应未来城市发展的需要，是中小学校园规划和设计的重要目标。Abstract With the development of science and technology, education is also developing better and better.
