丙酮酸-2-呋喃酰腙二邻氯苄基锡配合物的合成及性质摘 要:丙酮酸-2-呋喃酰腙和二邻氯苄基二氯化锡反应,合成了丙酮酸-2-呋喃酰腙二邻氯苄基锡配合物,通过元素分析、IR、HRMS、1H NMR、13C NMR、119Sn NMR、TGA 及 X-射线单晶衍射等方法表征了配合物 C1 的分子结构,采用 MTT 方法对配合物 C1 进行生物活性实验,结果表明:配合物分子的中心锡原子为七配位畸变五角双锥构型,该配合物 C1 对癌细胞 MCF7的抑制效果较好。关键词:二邻氯苄基锡;酰腙;合成;生物活性Synthesis and property of pyruvate-2-furanohydrazone di-o-chlorobenzyltin complexCollege of Chemistry and Materials Science Polymer Material and Engineering15150137Xiao Ping YangTutor:Wu JiuJiangAbstract :Pyruvate-2-furanohydrazone di-o-chlorobenzyltin was synthesized by the reaction of Pyruvate-2-furanohydrazone and di-o-chlorobenzyltin dichloride. The complexhas been characterized by IR,HRMS,1H NMR, 13C NMR, 119Sn NMRspectra, elemental analysis and the crystal structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction. The biological activity of the complex was tested by MTT.
