1摘 要随着社会的进步和高等教育改革的进一步发展,当前大学生的体质健康被全面重视在高校贯彻实施“健康第一”的指导思想、培养终身体育的理念的指导下,更加重视学生体质将抗的提升、重视学生综合素质能力的培养、重视学生协作、交流、竞争等意识的培养、重视学生的心理健康、良好情感态度和社会适应能力发展,因此在常规的运动锻炼形式渐显不足,大学生体质明显下滑的情况下,为了让学生更快更准确的提升身体素质,要求有更多的锻炼方法与之相适应,对大学生体质健康的研究引起了高校体育工作者的关注。本文主要采用的是文献资料法、测试法和数理统计法以及逻辑分析法,以湖南城市学院新校区 2013 级、2014 级、2015 级、2016 级在校本科大学生为研究对象,进行《学生体质健康标准》测试。并随机抽取大一、大二、大三、大四学生各 100 名的身体形态、机能、素质等指标测试结果与全国大学生的体质健康进行对比,研究以及分析大学生的体质健康和反应出的大学生体质健康状况特点以及存在的问题,进而提出如何增强大学生体质健康水平的对策和建议。关键字:体质健康;大学生;湖南城市学院;提升路径Abstract With the further development of the society and the reform of higher education, college students' physical health is full attention, in the implementation of the "health first" guiding ideology, cultivate life-long sports concept under the guidance of the physical fitness of students will pay more attention to anti promotion, emphasis on students' comprehensive quality and ability training, pay attention to students' cooperation, exchange and competition of modern consciousness, pay attention to 2students' psychological health, good attitude and ability to adapt to society's development, so in the form of regular exercise in college students' physical deficiency, significant decline in the situation, in order to improve the physical quality of students faster and more accurate, requires more training methods to adapt to research on College Students' physical health, caused the attention of College sports.
