SHEPWM 控制的电压源型逆变器的仿真研究摘要:逆变器是当前应用广泛的变压变频装置,其控制的优劣直接影响到逆变器的输出,从而影响到负载响应及电网和其它用电设备。现代逆变器主要由全控器件组成,采用各种 PWM 控制技术进行控制,特定谐波消除 PWM(SHEPWM)技术就是其一。采用 SHEPWM 控制技术可以消除逆变器输出电压中的指定次数谐波,使逆变器输出波形基波成份更高。本次毕业设计就是针对 SHEPWM 控制的逆变器进行仿真研究。首先了解了 SHEPWM 技术的研究现状,选择三电平 NPC 逆变器为研究逆变器的主电路拓扑,在熟悉该逆变器工作原理及 SHEPWM 控制原理的基础上,建立了 NPC 逆变器采用 SHEPWM 技术的非线性开关角方程。其次,学习了非线性方程组的求解方法,选择将重心重合法得到的角度作为初值带入构造的牛顿-同伦方程方法,对非线性超越方程组进行迭代求解。最后,建立了基于 MATLAB的 SHEPWM 控制的 NPC 逆变器的仿真模型,对系统进行了仿真研究,仿真结果表明求解的 SHEPWM 开关解控制逆变器时,逆变器输出电压得到了改善。关键词:逆变器,SHEPWM,求解,性能毕业设计(论文)外文摘要Title: Simulation of SHEPWM Controlled Voltage Source Inverter Abstract:Inverter is a widely used variable voltage converter,and its control directly affects the output of the inverter,thus affecting the load response and the power grid and other electrical equipment. Modern inverter is mainly composed of full control devices,which are controlled by various PWM control technologies,among which the specific harmonic elimination PWM(SHEPWM) technology is one.
