跨境电子商务退换货及消费者维权问题的分析与对策【摘要】这几年，跨境电商的极速发展，消费者对于外国商品的购买数量和需求已经大大的增加，但是互联网存在虚拟性的特点，以及电子商务的交易中也非常的复杂，这对消费者我们来说是一个极大的挑战，有着许多的风险。所以为了电子商务的良好发展，我国的消费者权益保护问题已经是重中之重。为了研究这个影响以及电子商务的跨境发展，对我国国际贸易行业有的影响，以及行业该有的应对策略是非常必要的。本文将主要对我国跨境电商的消费者权益保护法律体系进行研究，第一部分主要对跨境电商的研究背景以及研究目的等进行叙述，第二章对跨境电商存在的问题进行概括总结，第三章对跨境电商存在的问题进行分析，在第四章提出对策建议，希望能为我国跨境电商的发展提出实质性的建议，促进我国跨境电商的发展。【关键词】跨境电商；退换货；维权问题；海外仓Analysis and Countermeasures of Cross-border E-commerce Return and Exchange and Consumer Rights Protection[Abstract] In recent years, the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, consumers have greatly increased the number of purchases and demand for foreign goods, but the existence of virtual characteristics of the Internet, and e-commerce transactions are also very complex, which is a great challenge to consumers, there are many risks.
