摘 要必要商城 C2M 电商模式是用户直连制造商,去除中间流通加价环节,制造商按需生产的一种新型电商模式。必要商城在电商行业深耕多年,有上百家制造企业入驻,拥有千万级用户量,进入了规模化发展阶段,是具备新型电商发展资质和能力的电商平台。本文通过运用 SWOT 分析方法,对必要商城 C2M 电商模式在发展中的优势、劣势、机会和威胁等多个方面进行剖析并提出了促进必要商城 C2M电商模式发展的对策。本论文分三大部分,第一部分是讲述必要商城的概述。第二部分分析必要商城的 C2M 模式具有的高性价比、个性化和无库存优势;定制产品的退货问题、品类少等劣势;技术发展和政策红利带来的机遇以及竞争者的威胁。第三部分是提出一些有助于必要商城 C2M 电商模式发展的策略,包括利用信息技术、加大宣传投入、优化生产流程、运用新兴技术、加强与不同领域品牌制造商合作、增加平台社交功能等,为必要商城提升市场竞争优势。必要商城要对 C2M 电商模式进行优化和创新才能在激烈的竞争中生存。 关键词:必要商城 C2M模式 SWOT分析IABSTRACTThe Biyao C2M e-commerce model is a new e-commerce model in which users directly connect to the manufacturer and manufacturers produce on demand without the middle circulation markup link.
