摘 要以东湖塘为核心的东湖塘湿地公园对于宁德市的生态及社会效益具有重大意义,近几年随着当地经济的发展,东湖塘水质污染成为亟待解决的重大问题。本文旨在研究东湖塘秋季和冬季不同位点的水质理化指标变化情况,并对不同位点水面浮游植物的种类,数量及密度进行统计分析,研究结果如下:对浮游生物种类的鉴定结果表明两季种类无异,鉴定出 6 门 22 属 26 种浮游生物,其群落结构组成为绿藻-蓝藻型,叶绿素a 部分达到富营养化水平。全湖浮游植物细胞数量变化较大,秋季平均细胞密度为3488.88±2002.92 cells/L,冬季平均细胞密度为 1916.31±1142.04 cells/L,秋季平均生物量为 17.39±11.14mg/L,冬季平均生物量综合为 41.20±23.38mg/L,优势种属为小球藻、隐杆藻和小环藻。通过测量发现东湖塘浮游生物量在增加,水质进一步恶化,东湖塘浮游生物量与 pH、水温等因素呈正相关,本研究为东湖塘水质治理提供了理论基础。关键词:东湖塘;水质;浮游生物;生物多样性AbstractThe East Lake wetland park with East Lake as the core is of great significance to the ecological and social benefits of Ningde City. However, with the development of the local economy in recent years, water pollution in East Lake has become a major problem to be solved urgently. This paper aimed to study the changes of physical and chemical indicators of water quality at different locations in East Lake in autumn and winter, and to analyze the species, quantity and density of phytoplankton at different locations. The results are as follows.The identification results of plankton species indicate that the two seasons are the same. In addition, 26 species of plankton belonging to 22 genera and 6 phyla were identified, and the community structure was composed of green algae-cyanobacteria, and chlorophyll a part reached eutrophication.The number of phytoplankton cells varies greatly in the whole lake.
