I摘 要随着时代的进步，我国高等教育的规模不断扩大，办学形式逐渐多样化，不同的高等学院的教学质量成为社会关注之一。独立学院作为高等学院中的重要组成部分，独立学院教师引起了人们关注，独立学院在管理体制等方面与普通高等学院较为不同，在这种不同的办学模式下，独立学院教师产生的一定程度的职业倦怠。本文以珠海三所独立学院为例，基于 MBI 量表设计《珠海独立学院教师职业倦怠调查问卷》，利用 SPSS 软件对回收数据进行统计与分析，包括基本信息统计、信效度检验、个体因素对独立学院教师职业倦怠现状的差异分析等统计分析，在此基础上，进行独立学院教师职业倦怠成因探究和独立学院教师职业倦怠影响分析，最后提出预防和缓解教师职业倦怠的措施。关键词：独立学院；教师；职业倦怠；成因和影响IIAbstractWith the progress of the times, the scale of higher education in China has expanded, and school management forms have gradually diversified.
