I电商行业员工薪酬满意度与离职倾向的关系研究内 容 摘 要在现如今的大数据时代,全民网络商务时代已经到来,这为电商行业提供了巨大的发展空间,与此同时也面临着更大的挑战。随着电商行业的发展对于人才的需求也随之增长,但是电商行业员工离职率也在不断提高,给行业发展带来了巨大的损失。本文在结合多方研究的基础上,以问卷调查的方式对各地区电商行业的 220 名员工通过互联网的形式发起问卷调查,根据被调查的回答对电商行业员工薪酬满意度与离职倾向的相关关系进行探究。综合分析本文得出如下结论:电商行业员工的薪酬满意度与离职倾向是呈现显著的正相关关系,员工的薪酬满意度对员工的离职倾向有着显著的影响。关键词:薪酬满意度;薪酬外部公平性;薪酬内部公平性;薪酬个人公平性;离职倾向IIA Study on The Relationship Between Pay Satisfaction and Turnover Intention of Employees in E-commerce IndustryAbstractIn today's big data era, the national network business era has come, which provides e-commerce industry with a huge space for development, but also face greater challenges.
