Party A shall provide a duplicate of Business License affixed with its common seal.2.2 甲方在租赁期内对乙方提供的租赁车辆有使用权。接收车辆时，甲方应与乙方查看并核对租赁车辆及其附属设备的状况，并共同签署《一嗨验车接单》。若甲方未按约定签署验车单的，则视为甲方已认可车载装备及车况。如甲方因自身原因未能按约定提车的则视为乙方已如期交车，租金自双方约定交车之日起计算。Party A shall hold use right over the leased vehicle during the lease period.
