小净距隧道施工控制要点作者：沈天佑来源：《价值工程》第 07 期 摘要： 小净距隧道普通是指并行双洞隧道间夹岩石厚度较小，普通不大于 1.5 倍隧道开挖断面宽度的一种特殊隧道构造型式。本文针对成渝客专新中梁山隧道小净距隧道的特点，从施工角度探讨小净距隧道的超前支护、洞身开挖、中间岩柱加固、锚喷支护、监控量测等核心工序的施工办法和技术方法。 Abstract ： A small spacing tunnel usually refers to a special tunnel structure with a small thickness between two parallel double tunnels and generally less than 1.5 times the width of the tunnel excavation section. In this paper ， according to the characteristics of the Zhongliangshan Tunnel with small spacing tunnel in Chengdu-Chongqing Highway ， this paper discusses the construction methods and technical measures of key processes such as advanced support ， excavation of tunnel body ， reinforcement of middle rock columns ， support of anchor and shotcrete ， monitoring and measurement ， etc. from the perspective of construction. 核心词： 隧道;小净距;中间岩柱;施工技术 Key words ： tunnel;small spacing;middle rock column;construction technology 中图分类号：U455 文献标记码：A 文章编号：1006-4311（）07-0128-03 1 小净距隧道的定义 小净距隧道普通是指并行双洞隧道间夹岩石厚度较小，普通不大于 1.5 倍隧道开挖断面宽度的一种特殊隧道构造型式。只有确保小净距隧道施工过程中岩柱的塑性区不重叠，才干视为小净距隧道中间岩柱的合理厚度。普通状况下规定Ⅲ级围岩的合理净距应不不大于 0.30B，Ⅳ级围岩的合理净距应不不大于 0.50B，V 级围岩的合理净距应不不大于 0.75B。广义上可认为隧道净距不大于表 1 限值时均为小净距隧道，但分析相邻隧道的空间关系发现，也可将小净距隧道分为三种基本型式，即错台、交叉重叠及平行。 2 施工隧道概况 成渝客专新中梁山隧道是两座单线隧道，是左右线分修的，其中右线长 4119m，左线长4124m，两者之间的间距在 19.5m～65.5m 的范畴内，中间岩柱净宽约 9～65m，最小覆盖层厚度 4.7m，最大覆盖层厚度 270m，隧道内部环境复杂，多次通过...
