摘 要一些调查研究表明，在社会经济水平发展的同时，儿童不良的饮食习惯导致了儿童身体健康问题日益突出。3—6 岁是培养儿童食育观念的重要阶段，相关权威文献也指出幼儿园应该帮助幼儿养成正确的食育观念和食育行为，近年，国外越来越多的国家已经开始重视食育工作的开展，相反在我国只有寥寥数几的幼儿园系统开展了的食育研究工作，可有可无的食育工作状态是我们目前大多数幼儿园的现状，学前阶段是培养幼儿完整食育观念的绝佳时期，但因为食育工作的缺席使得许多幼儿错过了关键期。食育是以食物的载体的教育，食育在深化幼儿的食物认知、完善幼儿的膳食结构、培养幼儿良好的饮食行为习惯等方面发挥了无可替代的作用，食育既然重要，那如何通过食育的开展来促进幼儿的发展则是我们需要深入研究的问题。。 关键词：食育；幼儿；教育；幼儿园；教师 AbstractSome studies have shown that while the social and economic level is developing, children's poor eating habits have led to the increasing health problems of children.
