“社工+志愿者”模式的运用及发展——以西部（山区）计划“一校一社工”项目为例【摘要】随着社会进步，我国人民对社工的正确认识不断加深，社工所需要的处理的问题无论从数量还是范围都大幅增加。如今社工人才储备扩大、机构专业化提高，已具备基础条件加深与庞大的志愿者组织群体的合作。另外，虽然香港早在 1971 年就开始推行驻校社工，并于 2000 年全面实行“一校一社工”制度，但内地驻校社工却是在 2007 才开始起步，目前“一校一社工”覆盖率远远不足。本文采用文献研究和问卷调查的方法，梳理国内外社工发展基本轨迹，讨论加强与志愿者合作的可能性以及通过“一校一社工”专项将该模式本土化的方法，再从数据与实践工作模式上分析部分问题并提出“社工+志愿者”模式未来的发展方向。【关键词】社工+志愿者；一校一社工；本土化；问题；发展The application and development of the mode of "social workers + volunteers"——taking the project of "one school one social worker" in the China's Far West Program as an example[Abstract] With the development of society, people's correct understanding of social workers has been deepened, and social workers need to deal with more and more problems.
