农民工社会保障的问题研究内 容 摘 要人的发展可以带动社会的发展，而社会保障的供给以及实施影响着人的发展状况，所以解决社会保障的问题对社会的发展有着十分重要的作用。这其中，农民工作为最具影响力的群体之一，所面临的社会保障问题可能会严重打击他们的工作积极性，导致我国城乡一体化这一目标的难以实现。农民工社会保障存在的问题主要有三方面影响因素：政府方面、企业方面以及农民工自身，而最重要的是，我国城乡二元结构所造成的户籍制度的限制，这是影响我国城乡之间差距、农民工市民化意愿的最大的因素，阻碍社会公平的发展。我国目前正处于经济发展的重要时期，保障农民工的合法权益，使农民工享有与城市居民同等的待遇，这是我们必须高度重视和解决的问题。在面对现代化、城镇化的发展背景下，解决农民工社会保障的问题显得刻不容缓。关键词：农民工；社会保障；市民化IResearch on the Social Security of Migrant WorkersAbstractThe development of people can promote the development of society, the supply and implementation of social security affect the development of people, so solve the problem of social security has a very important role on the development of the society.
